Good morning gentlemen.It looks like you have done another great job for my friends Bob and Annette Carter.This is addition to Michelle Conroy's job a few months ago. I think that makes 5 including mine since I first saw Rayma Allison's floor's. Cheers and thank you.

Good product, lousy workmanship and fitting, huge gaps in the flooring and pits falling off.

This is our second house where focus on flooring has supplied & fitted the flooring. From the beginning Ozden was helpful in every way, giving us confidence on choosing the right flooring, finally giving us an excellent price.This applies to both our properties. The layer San must be mentioned, he carried out his work in a way that left us very Satisfied, he was prompt ,hardworking , all together an excellent person. Well done the whole team. Five stars for sure.

Despite the 5 star reviews we unfortunately had a bad experience using this company for our floors, hence the big review. The reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 is because the floors appear to be good quality, the price was decent and I believe that Ozden from the store tried his best to give us good customer service. However he is so busy there that communication wasn't great and the installation process was a complete joke and caused us a lot of stress. Firstly be aware that you pay upfront, so if you aren't happy with the work your money is gone. We booked our floor installation date months in advance, had the tiles and carpet booked for removal the day before, and then 4 days prior to our booking I got a TEXT from the installer Paul that he would be "a few days late" due to covid lock down. No phone call, no discussion on what day would work for me, no sincere apology. Ended up going in on the Thursday, thankfully I had work off but was left on my own as husband is FIFO. Paul did the floors (which do look good thankfully) and screeded the laundry (which is really uneven when you enter the laundry), put the original drain back in which sits above the floor level now so won't drain properly. I was then under the impression he would do the skirting boards, was told he wasn't assigned to it and a carpenter was, called Ozden to ask where he was, was called back and told he had "double booked" himself so skirting wouldn't be installed for another 10 days. So then had to leave the furniture out of house as couldn't be against walls. When the day came, it was Paul who installed them anyway! And he was late on the first day as went overtime on another job. Clearly terrible management and organisation. The skirting boards took another 3 days to install (not including painting and caulking which I did) and the joins and cutting on the edges were not done well. Also glue was left on the laundry planks and Paul helped himself to milk in the fridge for tea each day. Not sure if this is normal? Also waited another 10 days for him to drop off an edge for laundry, was told he would drop off on multiple different days when I was chasing him and was continuously pushed back. Also not told how to actually attach the edge there when we do that ourselves. I'm really not someone who posts bad reviews but hopefully their management will look at this and others won't have to have the same issues. Good floors to buy from but I wouldn't use them to install.

I don't usually do this but I had to phone the floor is much much better than I imagined and the installer, the job is just fantastic. had to let you know

A very pleasant company to deal with. Fantastic prices on the flooring. I got a great deal. Very happy. I Would recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring.

The installers did a fantastic job. while they were on site our neighbor looked in,they were so impressed they contacted Gordon and they are new Timber installed shortly. Great job all round

Excellent flooring company to deal with. Huge range with very very good prices. I am a trade client and Perth Focus on Flooring are as good as you will get to deal with in Perth. Spot on everything!
