With over 13 years of planning experience and consent processing in NZ and the UK, Director Mark Weingarth brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding in his approach. After 4 years working in the UK Mark made the move to Auckland Council where he held a variety of roles; most recently Lead Consent & Performance Specialist responsible for the performance and delivery of resource consents. Mark has been involved with many of the Isthmus's largest developments including the Electrification of Auckland's Railway, Alexandra Park's mixed use development, rehabilitation of Three Kings Quarry, the Warehouse's first venture into multi use development plus many complex and contentious integrated district and regional consents, complex subdivisions and joint land use subdivision applications. During Mark's experience and time with Auckland Council he developed a wide and effective network and is known for getting a job done while taking a pragmatic solution focused approach to all obstacles.
