After discovering a roof leak that caused damage in a closet we called APEX because of someone we knew that had a positive experience with their company. They were very responsive and were at our house that day. They were very helpful in explaining the entire process to us and answering our questions. Huge THANK YOU to APEX. We never thought our day-care would bless another child after the fire. Before APEX came everything was black and wet from the fire departments efforts, it seemed hopeless. Our APEX specialist reassured us that everything would be alright and that he would be taking over and relaying information both to us and our insurance adjuster. We came from a ten day vacation to find water running down our stairs from an upstairs bathroom. The entire downstairs was saturated with water! We called our agent and they immediately told us to call APEX. Within a few short hours the water had stopped and all of the damaged areas of our home were beginning to dry. I can't thank APEX enough for coming in the middle of the night! They were so reassuring and professional. We now have an APEX magnet on our refrigerator just in case. - Justin & Melanie R.
