The selection is FANTASTIC...biggest in Vancouver and I always find everything I need for the various applications that I am looking for! I drive across the city to visit their store because I know it is worth my time and energy to do so...since I know I will be successful with the final outcome. All the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, professional & understand the business of "LIght", which is an art form all it's own and very misunderstood by many people. Also, there is always "enough staff" available to assist, unlike many other retail suppliers that generally do not provide enough sales support. Their price points for their products are very competitive and most of the time are at a lower price then their competitors. This is important to both my clients and myself, when project costs can get out of hand very easily! I'm also pleased to report that the staff of The Lighting Warehouse, on more then one occasion, have gone out of their way to accommodate me with various tasks that helped to make my job easier...which I greatly appreciated and fond to be an invaluable service for my business! Lighting warehouse and staff have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Everyone at there is so helpful and knowledgeable. I have worked with their staff on several projects. The showroom is very well set up with a work area at the back and a good selection of lighting in the store. We look forward to working with them on future projects.
