Studio Lighten Up

Our lighting specialty repair shop is now on 1807 Second Street Suite #91 in the Second Street Studios complex. We have many interior designers and decorators like yourself who come here to repair or rewire antique and vintage lamps, as well as to turn Objets d’Art into lamps, sconces, and chandeliers, especially heirlooms, vases, and curiosities. We used to be at the Design Center as “Lighten Up,” but moved here to expand our space, so we can serve more of our Santa Fe customers and bring the light back into their lives! I’m a licensed electrician with 40 years of repairing and fixing things, and I still make house calls as well. I call myself a lighting expert with 10 years of experience on film sets in the lighting and camera department. I combine that experience with everything I know about residential and commercial lighting fixtures to make my customers shine! Safely wired lamps are very crucial in your fixtures and furnishings. An antique lamp might be gorgeous, but how it was wired and how long ago is even more important than its appearance. We really appreciate a designer’s eye for detail. I am the original owner who started the shop at the Design Center in 1998, but then sold it and moved to Los Angeles in 2002.
