I am an independent lighting designer, providing scaled lighting schemes with concealed lighting and full lighting circuit plans with switches and lighting control systems. In order to achieve the best lighting result for higher end functions, a separate lighting design scheme is created, demonstrating the effects and the transformation of the space. The lighting design takes into account the space planning for a variety of functions allowing for flexibility and creating the relevant atmosphere. The designs will make sure the lighting is coherent, cost effective and gives a reduction in operating costs. Producing schemes with the latest technology to provide the client with discreet, almost invisible light sources, specialising on the effects. The designs will incorporate a few options for the different luminaries including any feature and/or decorative lighting. The scheme also incorporate examples and visuals to help understand the effect along with retail pricing. The lighting design scheme deliverables include: · 2 hour consultation visit on site · Detailed lighting design scheme report · Visuals and examples, for a clearer understanding of the lighting effects · Calculations on the light output required within the space · Recommendations of fixtures and fittings using cost-effective and energy-efficient products · Reflective ceiling plans and floorplans for the electricians to work on · Supplier details and retail prices for each item · Final scene setting for control systems.
