At first they seemed nice. I liked the idea of supporting a so called "family owned business" but now they are completely unresponsive. I purchased over $300 worth of led bulbs which were never shipped and it is going on 2 months since the order. I definitely cannot recommend this business.

Couldn't figure out how to give zero stars, so I settled with one. I try to be fair in my reviews, but I have never encountered a company that did less to resolve an issue. Ordered a light and was told it was in stock . . . 2-3 weeks. After about 5 weeks, called and was told it was not a stock item and it would take a few more weeks. Finally, after hoping to receive by Christmas, it got shipped to us in February. Driver messed up the times and ended up with a huge box on my porch too wide to get in the house. Excitedly, I opened to box to find the item ridiculously damaged. 30-40 crystals all bent and off frame. I was told that I could probably fix it and they would get me a schematic for crystal placement. I'm sorry, I'm supposed to spend hours fixing a damaged item? Then I was told the owner's daughter sometimes does this "as a favor". My other choice was to wait until April when there would be more made even tough it was discontinued. Tried to get someone to come look at it for a week. Was told nobody could get there yet. I had to borrow a friend's mini van and brought it in. Finally got the 2nd half of my payment back, but have been waiting 2 weeks for them to repair. No follow up. No apologies. No sense of urgency. "Oh, the person who does this wasn't in this week." Still waiting . . .and waiting . . . and waiting.
