David Lockey, of There Be Lights Inc., is a wonderful person to work with. He is professional, friendly, and always on time and on schedule. My husband and I gave him free reign to design our landscape lighting needs and he did an outstanding job. The house looks beautiful. I love what he did to a large ficus tree at the front of the yard and a fire pit area in the backyard. I had a problem with one of the lights and was amazed that the next day he was at my home and a few days later I had a new light fixture. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone.
