1. Company Description
David Blossom, LLC (hereinafter “David Blossom” or “the Company”) was formed on January 12, 2017, under the laws of the State of Florida. Vanessa Anidjar (hereinafter “Ms. Anidjar”), a Spanish national, holds a 50% ownership interest in the Company, while Ian Anidjar owns the remaining 50%.
David Blossom is a wholesaler and e-tailer specializing in LED lamps with electrical circuits instead of the regular bulbs, that is, plug and play. Those are used for interiors and exterior purposes. Offering its products through electronic marketplaces and other business to sell its products through their online retail sales channels and physical enterprises. David Blossom’s expansion plans include offering LED lamps to businesses operating within the construction industry as well as professionals such as general contractors, architects, and designers.
Offering a wide variety of LED lamps including LED Flood lights, LED round ceiling lamps, LED Recessed panel lights, and LED closet rotative lights, among other items, the Company will also seek to target retailers. To this end, the Company is in the process of manufacturing various displays to distribute among key retailers that have shown interest in David Blossom’s products.
Upon extensive research, Management has noted that widespread use of LED lighting has the greatest potential impact on energy savings in the United States. By 2027, the widespread use of LEDs could save about 348 TWh (compared to no LED use) of electricity: This is the equivalent annual electrical output of 44 large electric power plants (1000 megawatts each), and a total savings of more than $30 billion at today's electricity prices. 2. Sourcing
The Company will exclusively source products manufactured to strict quality standards by two established manufacturers of LED lamps located in China. Both companies are responsible for manufacturing David Blossom’s range of LED lights and lamps, under the Company’s iLett® brand. We always innovate our products in order to improve the US market.
3. Marketing Strategy
In order to reach its customer base including players in the construction industry, retailers, and end consumers, the Company will implement a solid marketing program that includes the following: Word Mouth, Specialized Websites, Social Media, and Events and exhibitions. All with David Blossom’s registered line of iLett® LED lamps.
