MP Electric & Remodeling

We had DeMario and Brad come out to look at putting a gas line in and remove our electrical stove for a gas cooktop. Before going with MP Electric, we shopped around to get price quotes. Two other businesses had suggested different methods that would include putting holes through walls throughout the home and the price quotes were very expensive. Finally, Brad takes a look at the project and was the first person whom actually looked for where the gas line was located. Needless to say, we didn’t need to create any holes throughout the house and we’re able to connect everything through the garage. This also equals money savings! I will be using this business again for more projects to come and will be happy to share experiences of any upcoming projects as well!

Demario never showed for the scheduled appointment. Initially said he would be "an hour or so" later than scheduled. Texted 3 hours later to say he was on his way and never heard back from him. 5 hours after the scheduled appointment I sent a text asking was he still on his way and no response. Still no response. But I am actually grateful because I began to do more research and found other complaints of his poor work and incomplete jobs.

Demario does not communicate regarding status of projects. Nor does he follow through on what he says he will do. We have a broken exam light at our medical facility. He identified the broken part and took it, along with the manual, with him. That was over four weeks ago. He did not bother to call with updates on what is occurring to repair our light. I finally got an email response from him saying he was going to look into it and get back to me. That was over a week ago. My business finally left two messages telling him to return our piece and the manual within a couple of days. He did not do so nor communicate as to why. Do not use this contractor.

Demario came out and did some electrical work for our house after some things were found on our inspection but failed to complete the job. 1/3 of the quoted price that we paid was for work he never completed. I reached out several times and he told me on multiple occasions that he would come back to do the work but on the day of would not answer or respond. We have now had to hire another electrician and paid for the same work Demario failed to complete the first time. Out 300 bucks for work never completed and more so than the money just dishonest on his part. I would stay clear.... If you’re thinking of hiring him.

MP Electric was professional and reliable. They were priced fairly and could count on them in an emergency. I would definitely use them again.

Demarco is very experienced. He could quickly figure out the cause of the power-loss problem and fix it. Highly recommended.

I had this company in to take care of items on my inspection when I sold my house. They were fair with the estimate and got the work done in a short window. They were professional, and gave me personal attention. I would recommend them for the small jobs as well as the big jobs you have around your home.

I've used Demario for two different projects. Both times he's worked me into his schedule that week, he's completed my projects on time, within budget, and has explained what he's doing to me and answered all of my questions. I'll continue to use him for all of my electrical needs!

The work he did was great and he was a good communicator as well. I would definitely use him again.
