A 50% deposit is required on all projects and consultations beginning at $250( for a 2 1/2 hr. consultation). General Construction rates depend on the job are $55/hr. Wiring and Plumbing are bid by the job depending on the code requirements, estimated at $85/hr plus.

This company was efficient and professional. The crew did an amazing job making sure the job site was cleaned up better than when they started. A trench had to be dug through my garden and driveway and it was a messy job. The crew worked very hard, particularly "Jeremy" who made sure all my stepping stones were perfectly placed, cleaned and new beauty bark was spread. I will definitely reccomend this company who went above and beyond.

Small Jobs Industries pressure washed my house, driveway, and deck and then painted my house and unattached shed. They also replaced a couple of defective wood window trim pieces and applied moss killer to my roof all in 2 weeks time and for the original bid amount. His employees were friendly and professional and their work was spot on.

We are very pleased with the house exterior cleaning, restoration and painting project that Jeff and crew did this past July. Our house looks great, and they made sure we were completely satisfied. Jeff and crew were professional, courteous and took the time to keep us informed and explain issues. We'd hire them again!

I had the exterior of my house painted. Jeff's team was very professional. They were friendly and took good care of areas where they were working. They were thorough and stayed on the job until they had taken care of every detail. I was always able to ask questions and get clear answers. I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely use Small Jobs again in the future.

We hired Small Jobs Industries to clean our roof (including some moss removal), the gutters, and the interior and exterior windows, as well as pressure wash the sidings, the driveway, and the walkways. The owners, Jeff and Nancy, are very personable and pleasant. The cost was reasonable; the jobs were performed promptly and efficiently by Sean and Luke, two polite, energetic, and professional young men. We were especially appreciative of their extra effort to clean out the traces of weed in our driveway, and the removal of the dirt in the drainage outside the garage. All in all, we are very satisfied with the result and would not hesitate to recommend them to our neighbors and friends.
