My services will be a lot less expensive than the loss incurred by having to reduce your asking price even one time. Home staging prepares your home for sale, showings & open houses. It can be as simple as rearranging accessories & de-cluttering or as complex as updating entire homes. Homes that are staged statistically sell faster & at a higher price than those that are not. Why can't you do it yourself? Because it IS your home and you may have a hard time distinguishing it as just a product. I am the buyer's eyes.
