I recently had the pleasure of working with StageIt.One as I prepared for the sale of my home. Sheron was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and was an integral part of me receiving several offers well above my asking price. From the beginning she showed herself to be a collaborative partner in accommodating my aggressive timeline and in providing several staging options so that I could select the one that best met my priorities and my price range. It was immediately evident when the staging started in the very first room that I had made a good investment (my family room has never looked so good!). My home sold very quickly over asking price in an extremely competitive market. I have no doubt that my decision to include staging as part of the marketing toolkit contributed to getting a lot of showings followed by a very quick sale in a tough market. I would be pleased to work with StageIt.One again or to recommend Sheron’s services to anyone who is thinking of selling their home.

StageIt.One was an amazing and affordable experience for our family. We were able to get our house staged within a short notice with a flexible self storage option! Items and furniture were elegant and beautiful which contributed to the sale of the house. Highly recommended!

Erin & Zach - Homeowners We found Sheron & Parichehr to be very helpful. They listened to our dream wants/needs for each room and were able to create renderings that just fit's our style & taste! We enjoyed working with both designers. Not only were they able to provide beautiful renderings but Sheron also met with me at a local tile store to help us hone in on our floor choices for our bathroom. We look forward to working with them over the next few months as we slowly work to update our home. If you were to ask us: Do you think it was money well spent? Would we advise other homeowners like ourselves to do the same? My answer is... Absolutely! We now have a clear & concise plan of action moving forward. It also allowed both my partner & I to get on the same page on design points/colour pallete etc. We would also rate StageIt.One level of professionalism, and give them a 10 out of 10!

We used Stage IT One to assist us with our home renovation project. Sheron and her team assisted us with the design and colour schemes, as well as furniture and lightning selections. Sheron's help was invaluable to us as she guided us through a very difficult and tedious selection process. She took the time to go shopping with us to various stores around the GTA to make sure we found the perfect items for our renovation project. We are extremely happy and satisfied in our decision to use StageIt.One to assist us in our home renovation project. We have spend a lot of money on this project, and in our eyes, her fee was a fraction of the total cost and more than worth it.

I must say that at first we were against the idea of getting a professional staging company to help us sell our property, as we thought it was going to be expensive and we thought we could sell our property as is. Our realtor recommended Stage IT One as he had used their services before and he was pleased with the results. So we decided to meet with them. They advised us that using their services could help us to sell our place more quickly and that we could potentially get more money for our place. They had several service options available so we were able to fit it into our budget. The services they offered included decluttering, moving and storage of the stuff we didn’t need for staging, as well as helping us to move to our new place after Closing. We realized it was the best thing to do to help us sell our property as quickly as possible. Once the staging was completed our property was listed. We received multiple offers the same day it listed and it sold over the asking price. We were so happy we had decided to go with a professional staging company. It was money well spent. We definitely recommend the services of Stage IT One. They were Professional, courteous and down to earth. Hopefully you too will get the pleasure of working with them.

I have been extremely impressed at the quality of service, attention to detail and timely follow up that Sheron with StageIt.one has been able to provide. Challenges were forseen and plans put in place in anticipation of any scenario the client could have encountered. I literally could have closed my eyes throughout the entire pre-list process. Stage.It took control of having the property staged, decluttered, packed, cleaned and painted! I just had to order my photos (and they could have done that too!). I allowed them to make their presentation to my client, which I was at first weary of, but it was the BEST decision. The client was SOLD on the value, selected the services they wanted, Stage.IT stepped in and handled it, all while keeping me informed in advance! It was the easiest pre-listing prep experience I have ever had. It freed up my time tremendously, I didnt need to micro manage trades, or coordinate staging and I was still able to communicate with my client what the next steps would be, so that I was the 'Quarterback' in the eyes of my client. Excellent decision for me, tremendous value for the client, and I didnt even have to have any conversations around pricing! I wont deviate from using them EVERY time in the future.
