I have been working with Kim from Simplicity Staging & Design for about 10 years now! Kim goes above and beyond for our clients and creates an incredible experience during our transactions. She is very very helpful in assisting our clients if they ever have any questions, or need help with ordering pieces for their home, etc. Kim is very responsive and incredible at communication. Her eye for design and color is just excellent! She has always been open to giving any recommendations and has no limitations which is really nice! I would recommend her to anyone and will never stop using her services!!!

I met Kimberly when I decided to remodel and sell my condo. Her ideas, vision, and sophisticated taste were spot on! After meeting and viewing the property with her, I was impressed with her sense of style and gave her the 'green light' to implement her plan. She worked hand-in-glove with my contractor and the results were mind-blowing! Her choice to use black trim throughout the home and to coordinate the various colors and textures of the carpeted areas, flooring, countertops, bathroom fixtures, window trim, lighting fixtures, mirrors, and kitchen cabinets worked beautifully to bring a cohesion and visual sharpness to the condo that had been lacking. I was skeptical about the value of 'staging' the property but became a true believer after viewing the finished product. Friends and family took a look at the online photos and sent me raving compliments. There were three condos listed simultaneously, with very similar floor plans with higher sale prices. They were listed before mine went on the market. My condo sold within the first week: I got a cash offer with $12k over the listing price! The other condos were still there when I checked. The lighting in my condo was far brighter and made the rooms truly sparkle. The restrained but classy staging by Kimberly made the condo look way more spacious and capitalized on the open areas throughout the home. I could not have been happier with the final results! I am convinced that Kimberly's design ideas and stylish staging made all the difference in the world!

Kimberley just completed a staging project at a property I'm listing. She did a fantastic job! It's a home with traditional architecture, somewhat out of place in Sonoma's wine country. She was able to pull everything together so it worked nicely with the traditional features of the home while still giving off that wine country lifestyle/rustic chic vibe. She's clearly a really hard worker and a perfectionist, able to combat unexpected issues and curveballs that continuously were thrown our way while getting the property prepped to go on the market. She even built a custom piece of furniture to fit under the bay windows in the living room. I highly recommend her and will work with her again in the future.

I needed to get two of my rental houses sold this year so I had Kim stage both of them. I was very happy with the results and the innovative way the house's assets were emphasized by her furniture and accessories. This was especially appreciated on some unusual rooms that would not have been understood by buyers if we didn't have a furniture layout to let them see the possibilities.

When I contacted Kim Davis for a consultation on a listing I had I wasn't sure if there was anything she could do. I had never had someone come in to stage a listing of mine and the listing had already been on the market for 45 days. At the initial consultation Kim immediately saw the potential the listing had. She asked questions about comparable townhomes that had sold, what shape they had been in, how had the showings been going for my listing. As she asked questions, actively listened to my answers and walked through the listing she was pointing out ideas to update the Townhome.
