A great experience that really helped us sell a difficult listing. I wasn't a believer in staging until I saw the complete change of attitude from potential buyers as they walked through the front door. We will definitely use Showhomes again!

After 6 months of no activity, we were hired to list our client's home. Previous comments indicated buyers felt the home was too small. We turned to Carol for advice and she played a critical role in helping potential buyers better visualize the space within the home. Within less than 30 days, our sellers had offers!
