Pictures of rental deceived, what our rental looked like and how not big it was. The balcony slants down and storage area needs to be worked on. Nice walk to the beach. Cleaning crew not pleasant. Would not stay at this rental again. Nice staff at first and not so much at the end. Not sure about doing business with them again.

My brother and I rented this cottage for a getaway after my husband’s passing. I loved it was pet friendly. I have rented from your company before and was very satisfied. The unit had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. I noticed the pictures were a little different,but nothing that mattered. Used the golf cart one day, it was a little slow. Enjoyed watching the golfers and the beautiful weather Would have given 5 stars but the parking was an issue for me since there is no driveway and there was construction at the house next door. I will definitely rent from your company again. Thank you!

We stayed in 476 Linkside Place, Miramar Beach, Fl. It was great. Clean and a nice fenced in back yard. We would go back anytime. Barb who handle the ins and outs was wonderful. Convenient to the pool and the beach. No trouble shopping. Thank you for a great stay. Mary Moran

The unit was good, we rented 434 Linkside Cir but it could use some maintenance inside and outside. It actually looked a little different than the pictures, (different kitchen table and no bar chairs) Everything wasn’t in working order, (master bedroom door wouldn’t lock or shut completely, my husband fixed the guest bathroom doorknob, it was loose and wouldn’t shut) but kitchen was great, there were plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. There was nothing we needed to buy other than groceries, Due to COVID we also had to purchase toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags….The unit does provide the initial start items. Great location! Easy to get in and out! Beach was right across the highway, used the golf cart. Even though the cart was old and slow, it was a great bonus. Pet friendly! No ridiculous fees for your pet. That was the great thing about this place for us, PET friendly. Wifi was great, no issues. Due to hurricane Ida we did a few days of sitting around because of the rain, it cleared up 2 days before we left, but still had 2 red flags (no swimming) on the beach. Although there were a few minor things, overall good place to stay….we enjoyed feeding turtles and fish and the view of little pond and watching golfers. We probably wouldn’t stay at this unit again but would try a different one. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time! The unit has been repainted and has new furniture and is very nice. New kitchen appliances are suppose to be coming soon. We are planning on coming back for January and February next year. It has a nice view of the pool.

We had such a sweet visit to Destin's Chateau La Mer Unit 15 E! it is very clean and roomy. The master suite had a King size bed that was extremely comfortable my daughter, her one-year-old and her husband slept very well. The downstairs neighbor was very kind and welcoming she was very sweet about the patter of little feet overhead. They also were pet friendly and had very fair rules about pets and it was nice to be able to bring our furry family member. When an issue came up and maintenance was needed it was swiftly taken care of in a professional manner. They were responsive to every issue we had. They also had prepared us for a great stay by thinking ahead of things like codes to enter the private beach, the wifi password and it had a keyless entry that was very easy to understand. We went during winter because our love of the beach is year-round not just a summer excursion and even in the off-season they were on top of every issue. The private beach entrance was not far away at all and even with a stroller you could go to the landing and leave it in safety as you walked down the steps to a beautiful white sandy beach. The Gulf was breathtaking. The only reason I did not give five stars was the 2nd bedroom had a bed that was extremely hard and made sleeping difficult. But we do plan to go back.

I have no complains and had no problems. We stayed at Sandpiper. The property well kept up. We stayed there before and have never had a problem. Every time we've gone to destin, fl. Our condo was perfect. I really liked the check in and check out. Thanks, Shore Dreams. 2020
