When we were trying to sell our home, I really needed a fresh set of eyes to help me see what needed to be moved around and "staged" to make our home more inviting to others. She gave me great tips on what to remove and add and the house sold quickly after these changes were made.

I came into contact with Stephanie via a recommendation from the realtor with whom we listed our home for sale. I've worked with stagers in the past and had a general idea of what to expect. Suffice it to say that Stephanie was nearly opposite of what I had as an expectation...in a very positive way. Stephanie is very personable, professional and well presented. She impressed me as knowing what she’s doing and was very pleasant to deal with. Stephanie's greatest attribute, and one that is sometimes missing among people in the real estate world, is that she knows how to ask questions and then listen to the answers. She didn't come to the first meeting spewing a barrage of comments, ideas and “design inspirations”. Instead, she came with questions about what I was trying to accomplish and within what parameters of time and budget. She took notes and then followed up with me a couple days later with her proposal. She devised a staging plan which utilized some of our existing decor items and some items that she would bring with her. As I recall, she had devised a couple of floor plans and ended up combining a couple of the plans for the final result. The result of her work was that we staged the home for the photographer and for the duration of the listing. She came in below my budget and ahead of my time frame. With me having history as a real estate investor/home flipper, those are not easy things for a vendor to accomplish with me. Stephanie showed up for the work day with a crew of movers, a design assistant and herself. Her team was very efficient and conscientious of our home and furnishings. Stephanie was definitely in charge and knew what she was trying to accomplish. Within a couple hours the work was done. Our home was transformed for the best impact to potential buyers and for the finest photographs. In my opinion, Stephanie’s rates are extremely fair and her work product is terrific. I can absolutely recommend Stephanie and Ponte Vedra Staging Co. without hesitation. In fact, if we have a need in the future she will be the only number we call.
