Kristin's passion is helping people love the space they're in, which she does through her E-Design and Home Decorating / Color Consultation services. Clients love the easy of working with Kristin on E-Design - where she creates beautiful custom room designs to fit all styles and budgets! Many of her Home Decorating projects include helping to select updates such as new paint colors for exteriors and interiors, updated finishes such as flooring, cabinets and countertops, refresh the look of a home by re-styling bookcases, arranging artwork and home decor, outline furniture arrangements that make sense for both the space and how it is utilized and shop for key new décor to create beautiful interiors. In 2019, Kristin also added Airbnb/Rental Property Staging to her list of successful projects! Occupied Home Staging Consultations are another of Kristin's specialties! One of her top talents and strengths is creatively utilizing the seller’s own items to make dramatic transformations that will appeal to buyers. Her detailed Home Staging Report, which is included in her consultation, is frequently praised by agents and sellers.

I have struggled for years on how to make my long, rectangular living room look good. Trust me, I've tried. Kristin came in, had a good discussion of how we live in our house, came to some FABULOUS ideas, and gave me resources! My living room looks amazing. It is functional and pretty and is everything I have tried to make it look like for 15 years! Kristin recommended ideas that were in our budget and provided a capsule collection for shopping ideas in our budget. I also had Kristin do a whole house overview and had more suggestions there that make my entire home feel special. Don't hesitate to have Kristin Therese Designs help you out!!

Highly recommend Organized Homes & Staging by Kristin, LLC! Kristin helped us select floor stain, paint colors, area rugs, and other home decor after we pulled up our carpet, sanded and refinished our hardwood floors. Our main floor has been completely transformed and we are so thrilled with the results! We absolutely love the fireplace wall accent color in Sherwin Williams Urbane Bronze, newly created entryway space with oversized mirror and bench, and colorful coordinating area rugs. Kristin gave us the color and design inspiration we needed to make our house a warm and welcoming home.

We had the pleasure of working with Kristin to help us design our living room, family room and a fun solution for our kitchen after recently merging households. Video chatting with Kristin was easy. We showed her the spaces we needed help with, answered a few questions online prior to our appointment and with that, Kristin was able to accurately articulate our style. The design boards she provided along with links to shop made it easy to bring her vision to life. Kristin’s suggestion to paint a wall a beautiful shade of grey was exactly what was needed to take the focus away from an awkward fireplace and early 2000’s built in TV/entertainment wall. We absolutely love the removable back splash we added to the kitchen to tide us over until we make additional upgrades. We plan to enlist Kristin for help us design a shared office space now that we are both working from home for the foreseeable future.

Kristin delivered excellent results that I am very pleased with. She was very thorough with taking the time to get to know me and my personality as well as my vision. Kristin helped us sell our home very quickly. After our initial consultation, she provided step by step what we need to do to stage our home. She was very flexible in the type of services that we chose. We did a lot of de-cluttering ourselves based on her instructions. When she staged our house, she used many items in our home and supplement with purchases that she made on our behalf. She transformed our house under budget! It was amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and cost-conscious. Her experience gave me the piece of mind and the guidance I need during a very hectic time of my life.

Kristin did a great job helping us redesign/update our main floor in preparation for a grad party. She helped with paint colors, furniture, accessories, and placement of the new pieces in ways I would never have done on my own. She really got to know our style. We were very happy with the final result and I will definitely call on her again when we redo our master suite. I highly recommend Kristin for your redesign and/or staging needs.

Kristin gave us several checklists to work through from the start, allowing me to plan ahead and strategize for different rooms. I did almost everything she suggested, and then she helped with the final staging before professional photos were taken. AMAZING. The house sold within 1 week, we couldn't have been happier.

We weren't sure what to expect from a stager, but Kristin exceeded all of our notions! She is a hands-on stager, which was great because we were busy handling our own packing and cleaning. She has great vision, and her attention to detail is extraordinary. We hired her to provide a full consultation, written plan, purchasing of small stage items, and then setting up the rooms. -All deadlines were met -She was very punctual My advice to anyone wanting a great stager: Hire her, and then trust her recommendations. She knows what she is doing.

I hired Kristin to stage my home at the recommendation of my realtor. She did an initial evaluation and provided a list of all of the things to paint, move, clean, etc. After I completed my "assignments," Kristin was able to come in and rearrange furniture and add decorative items under a tight deadline! She managed to get the job done in time for the photographers to capture the staged home, which really helped. Her advice was very professional and helped us to quickly sell our home, even though we were past the peak housing market. She even organized the junk that we didn't manage to get out of the closets! Her advice and decorative influence transformed our home from average to exceptional. We had very good traffic for the home and very positive comments about the showings. We were on the market for about 5 weeks in September and October before our perfect buyers found the home. Kristin was great to work with, and helped us out by being flexible about the removal date of the staging items. She knows what she is doing and how to treat customers!
