Alice did a phenomenal job on the Wescott property. Her finishes were amazing and I was so impressed on how quickly she finished the project. She has an incredible crew and everyone was extremely professional. She managed the project very well and made sure that all of the subs were doing exactly what they were suppose to do. I can't wait to do another property with Alice very soon! She was super easy to work with and a true pro!

I bought a property last year and was looking for inspiration, colors, tile ideas, etc. I decided visiting homes during open house hours would be a good way to start. I found that my top two favorite designs on the list of homes I viewed were designed by Alice Milan. I was very impressed with the quality, colors, design of bathrooms, kitchen countertops and choice of light fixtures. I hired Alice for consulting on the remodel and am very pleased with the results. Could not have this without her. Thanks Alice.

Milan Consi came to my home and gave me an accurate estimate for renovating my master bathroom and bedroom. I hired them the following week to start the project! The owner Alice was amazing to work with. She understood my vision and brought it to life! I would highly recommend this company...they are very professional and deliver the results you want! When hiring people to work on major projects it can be extremely overwhelming. You are entrusting people to handle high ticketed tasks and items and you want to be assured that the people you have employed will get the job done in an efficient and productive manner. That said, working with Alice of Milan Consi, LLC has been probably the most rewarding experience I have had while working in this industry. Her keen eye and impeccable design savvy put me at ease from the moment I met her. This was a very demanding client and we needed to be assured that the people working on her project were equal to perfection. She was passionate, thorough, time sensitive and above all, loyal and unique in her taste. We could not have done this project without her and are hoping to work with her in the near future on all of our projects.
