INITIAL CONSULTATION This consultation is an in home visit where I tour the property with you and give you recommendations of what needs to be addressed to accentuate your home and maximise your selling potential, you will be provided with a report. MIX AND MATCH Mix and Match is for clients that have good ideas and basic furniture and require additional soft furnishings, accessories artwork and decorator items to complete the presentation to increase your homes selling potential. FULL STAGING Full Staging is working with you from the start to ensure your home will be fully furnished and styled to create a complete makeover. PREPARING HOMES FOR SALE Ensure the maximum possible price when selling your home by presenting it in a certain way to appeal to the target market group.
