As home stagers, our goal is to stage properties so they stand out from the competition thus selling quicker and for top dollar. Every property deserves to be staged no matter the price point. Working alongside Realtors and homeowners we successfully prepare each property so that they look fabulous for online photography and for their in-person showings. Understanding the buyer demographic we use strategic staging techniques to target and attract your potential buyers. We offer on-site and remote staging consultations, full-service staging for occupied and vacant properties plus shopping and furniture rental services. We have had such success with staging to sell that our clients now ask us to help them when they move into their new home! We offer redesign services to help homeowners create the beautiful atmosphere they crave. We specialize in adapting what you already own and reuse those pieces in ways you never thought of to transform your space into something fabulous. We offer on-site and remote consultations, furniture and decor sourcing and shopping services. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. She designed and staged beautiful spaces with her creative and detailed approach, while also focusing on overall cohesiveness and flow of the home to tie everything together perfectly. She placed our existing furniture in stunning ways we would never have thought of, making spaces feel larger and more open, and brought in new pieces and accessories to finish the entire look with magical results. I hired Sarah for a full bottom floor house redesign that included the kitchen, laundry, family and great room as well as the powder room. It was a big project that I needed someone with a vision that could combine the tastes of myself and my husband to ensure we had an end result we were both happy with. We Went back to the studs in the wall due to several leaks that we had had, and she re imagined our space from flooring, color choices, furniture styles and all the built in features that we added. My husband and I are over the moon with the result that we have now hired Sarah again to tackle our upstairs renovation. You will not be disappointed if you hire Sarah, she has enthusiasm and energy through the roof along with the patience of a saint (we could be fairly indecisive and ha very different opinions at times) Promise me you will not be disappointed if you hire her.

I recently bought a townhouse in Wilton Manors and needed space planning and help with the selection of furniture, artwork and window treatments. A friend of mine, who is a painter, thought Sarah would be perfect for my design needs. And she was! My main issue was that I had a baby grand piano and I needed someone with an expert eye to configure the living room to accommodate the piano. Sarah drew up four configurations from which I could choose. That was exactly what I needed. With regard to artwork, I chose to select the artwork myself, but she provided me with the dimensions and colors that she thought would work well in each room. After I picked out the artwork, she expertly hung them herself, which saved me the cost of having to hire an outside contractor. Then she picked out the window treatments. She also did shopping on her own for accessories and presented me with great options. She is very nice and has a fun personality, which made her a pleasure to work with. Whether you need Sarah to do an entire design project for you, to work with you as a partner in making the project happen, or just need a little guidance, all at a reasonable cost, I highly recommend Sarah.

Wow! I was blown away at what Sarah was able to accomplish in my house! She took furniture and accessories that I already owned and completely transformed them into something glorious. We spent very little money on a few additional accessories that I love and plan to keep after we sell the house. Everyone who has entered my home has remarked on how amazing the house looks. I'm now asking myself..."Why hasn't my home always looked like this?!" Even my husband, who usually doesn't comment on house related items, constantly tells me how beautiful the house looks. I highly recommend using Sarah to finish your house and to make it into a home for years to come. Moreover, I would not even consider listing your house to sell without bringing her in to provide you with her professional analysis. I believe I failed to mention that I'm a licensed Realtor, therefore, I know what I am talking about when it comes to the value of staging. Staging is worth it's money in gold, especially in areas like mine, where you are competing against new construction with their model homes. Staging is not an option but a must.

When I asked Sarah to stage an original 1/1 condo, I really thought I was slapping the proverbial lipstick on a pig. If you saw the before and after, you wouldn't believe it. I could not see past the ugly furniture and original kitchen but after Sarah had the place deep cleaned, had most of the furniture removed and freshened up the place by rearranging the nicer pieces and adding her own designer ideas, we actually upped the list price!
