My name is Ken Hinkley, owner of Project Focus Photography. Serving a unique style of Photometric Engineering throughout the greater Tampa Bay Area and beyond is my passion. I was born in Peekskill, NY but spent 30 years of my life growing up in both northern Michigan and central Florida. Photography was something I took a more serious interest in after tearing my groin muscle during Jiu-Jitsu practice in 2015. As I began my recovery a friend lent me his Nikon camera and I never wanted to put it down. Since then I’ve traveled from Miami to Las Vegas, and as far as Bangkok, Thailand shooting anything that catches my eye. As I continued my development I was able to transition into the professional world and I cannot imagine myself doing anything else. Being open to taking on different types of projects feels natural to me, and has allowed me to work and connect with a diverse group of clients. From working with Real Estate Agents, Interior Designers, Renovation & Stone Fabrication Companies, to Musicians, Lifestyle Brands, Sports Promotions, as well as National Advertising & Marketing Agencies. Finding a way to fulfill the needs of a client through my creative process has been extremely rewarding and has set me on a path to truly fulfill my own life.
