My tech, Daniel (Field Supervisor) was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He was also thorough, he ensured the clog was completely cleared before leaving. I would definitely recommend this company.

OMG! I am so excited to report that our year long problem has been solved!! We have had at least 15 other vendors out to look at our low water pressure issue. If you were taking a shower and someone else needed to use the bathroom, or do dishes, or wash clothes, you were out of luck!! Additionally, the stream of water in the tub was so low that it would literally take 1 hour to fill the tub for a bath. Some of the suggestions from previous vendors included adding a pump to the top of the water tank to force more water up, changing out all the pipes in the entire house (extremely expensive), replacing some of the pipes as they were too small in places, bypass the water softener because maybe the softener is the problem, etc., etc., etc. So we had the water softener bypassed and it made our water pressure even worse!! So we had Mark (#379) to come out to undo the bypass of the water softener. Not only did Mark reinstall the water softener but he also went out and checked the outside water meter. Turns out the water meter was turned too far (past open) and therefore we had no water pressure. Let me tell you if we were not in COVID-19, I would have given Mark the biggest hug ever!! So I HIGH RECOMMEND this company for any of your plumbing needs!! THANK YOU MARK!! YOU DESERVE A BONUS!!!

We had a sewer back up in our basement, when We called snake n rooter they told us they will send some one out the same day. When Jonathan arrived he was polite, quick and did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. We recommend this company 100%

Can't say enough good things about this company. Bryon was there in an hour of the call regarding a sewer line break under the basement concrete. Came back the next day with all equipment and parts needed to complete the job. So polite, friendly and professional. Highly recommend. So tidy - he even put plastic around the door to contain the dust. Thank you for a great job.
