This company did an amazing job at my home! They were there in their time frame and even called me to let me know they were on the way. When the plumbing and sales rep got there they were very professional and respectful, and were able to do the work without any issue. I haven’t seen a problem since! 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family, thank you Polestar!

Larry serviced our HVAC equipment and did a fabulous job. He was full of knowledge, exposing to me the best way to maintain our system. He also provided us with free recommendations on how to prolong the lifespan of our system.

I wanted to write this review because of the excellent service I received Polestar showed up on time and was very good at explaining the issues with my air conditioner. I gave them the ok to move forward after I found out the cost of the repair. I was up and running about 45 minutes later just in time to cool the house down before our company arrived for dinner. I just want to Thank Polestar for coming to my rescue on a sewer line problem. They came out immediately when called and took care of my flooded basement floor. Diagnosed the problem and got it repaired in a timely manner. I will be using them again. The technicians were very polite and mindful of making sure that they covered their shoes when coming in my house. Thank you Polestar!! You were all awesome!!

I hired this company for some plumbing issues that I had. I inherited a house when my dad passed away and it needed a lot of work. They had to replace most of the plumbing lines, both toilets, a bathtub, the duct work for my furnace and air conditioner, and a few other things. It was a several day job and I couldn't be there for all of it. I felt comfortable with them in my house. They truly care about their workmanship and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I went in there with a list of the things I needed done, and they looked it over to make sure I didn't need anything else. They got me an estimate the same day, and while I was expecting an outrageous price for all of the stuff they were estimating for me, it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. They proved to me that they cared about me as a person, not as a number or a check. I'll definitely be hiring them again.

I was a loyal customer with Polestar for many years. Had a few issues during those years. One being a new AC unit going out in less than 5 yrs. that came with a 10 yr. warranty that didn’t hold up. Therefore we had to purchase a new unit. Another was a toilet purchased from Polestar that had to have the entire inside replaced within a year of the purchase. This last issue I had with Polestar left us with a huge and costly mess. The job was to repair a leaky faucet. Polestar took out the faucet and failed to cap the water supply line which leaked and caused an enormous amount of damage. A week later they replaced the faucet and acknowledge their mistake and said they were good for the repairs. In the meantime the water supply line going to the faucet they replaced continued to leak and cause further damage. After six months of "verbal" promises to repair all the damages they caused, and a failed attempt to repair the ceiling damage, they decided to rebut and refused to follow up with the repairs. If you do use Polestar, I highly recommend that you either record everything or get it in writing. Also, I highly recommend that you do your homework before allowing them to proceed with any repairs or purchases. Take before and after pictures. Watch them do the actual work and again, get it all in writing!
