I had a gas leak at my house, the technician came over and was very unprofessional in my opinion. He was laughing and mocking over the estimate he gave us. Then afterwards, the office called me to say we refused service, which we did not. I will never use Plumbing Plus again and will be sharing my experience with everyone.

I had two tankless water heaters replaced. Plumbing Plus did a fabulous job! They were on time, neat and respectful! They made a return trip a few weeks after the job was completed to double check everything that was done and answer any questions we had.

We decided to go with a tankless water heater and got bids from several companies to do the work for us. It is quite involved and required cutting thru exterior walls, venting and proper gas lines. They did such a professional job. Installation was clean and neat. The installer was knowledgeable about the entire process. We were very satisfied and passed inspection easily.
