I used CW Plumbing Service during Jan. 2025 Freeze, they overcharged for the service and took advantage of the emergency. They charged me over $900 for about an hour of labor . I don't recommend this company to anyone. I realize that a business needs to make a profit, but they also need to be fair to customers and charge reasonable prices.

C&W HAS HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE PLUMBERS! Rod took one look at my yard and determined that my high water bills were probably due to a broken sprinkler head (my system runs late at night, so I had not noticed). He and I tested the system and confirmed this. I told him I could fix this, and he said there would be no charge for this visit. This is the second time I have had a C&W plumber out to my house (for different issues), and both times I have been very impressed with their knowledge and INTEGRITY. Professional, quality service. Technician, Jose, came when promised. A text was sent with his photo, so we knew who was coming. He asked questions when needed, and did a great job cleaning up! And best of all, the price was very reasonable!

Have used C&W Plumbing for approx. 4 years and have been consistently pleased. Able to get appointments quickly, servicemen arrive ON TIME and are very courteous. They introduce themselves as they slip on shoe covers before entering your home. After considering the issue - they draw up a quote for you to approve before work starts. I'm just always pleased w/how nice and seemingly calm they are - like they are genuinely happy to do the work! Wouldn't use anyone else :)

I have never been happier with a plumbing service. Super friendly and professional, 2 guys spent and entire day and a half fixing a slab repair for me and they came in under there estimate. These guys are legit, give them your business when your plumbing lets you down.
