Beacon Plumbing in Washington State: They charged $600 just to come out and give a diagnosis for a yearly maintenance checkup, and the tech barely even touched our boiler (furnace)! Then they wanted $2000 to replace the small pump!! When we had a different company come out, they stated the pump would be between $200-300, but the pump didn't need replacing. In fact nothing needed to be done at all. Beacon's tech spent most of his time writing out a new estimate for a whole new system, which we DID NOT NEED TO DO! We even got a followup call from Beacon re our system. We asked the other company that came out, how much it would be to replace the entire system, just out of curiousity, and they estimated half of what Beacon wanted. We would NEVER use Beacon in a million years!

Best Plumbing is, as the name says, the BEST! And The showroom staff is excellent and on top of all the specs!

In 2001 Best Plumbing did a great job replacing galvanized piping with copper throughout my house. Recently they replaced a 100year old lead waste pipe which was failing, and did an outstanding job. They communicate clearly and their technicians are honest, professional and amiable. I would not think twice in hiring them again.

The job was installing kitchen sinks and two bathroom sinks. Also, replacement of aged valves in the kitchen sink, bathroom toilets, and installation of hand shower. Excellent service, reasonable service cost, knowledgeable technician, and work done in a reasonable time.

I've used Best Plumbing at two different residences over the last six years, and they always provide a high level of service. Recently, my wife and I purchased an old home in Seattle that needed a lot of updating plumbing wise. Jimmy, at Best Plumbing, completed the scope of work in about a day in a half, which was incredible considering how much of the old piping needed to be torn out and replaced. I can't speak for every plumbing engineer at this company, but Jimmy far exceeded our expectations, and is a true professional. I highly recommend using Jimmy and look forward to working with him in the future.

They did a fine job clearing out our clogged sewage outlet pipe. The servicer was respectful, and curteous. Things were done quickly and cleanly.
