**WARNING** Our experience with Aztec Plumbing was very disappointing. We contracted them to replace the piping in our home; however, they included an expensive service which wasn’t necessary. When they arrived to do the work they were shorthanded which required them to come back on another day. They set a day, but then changed it to another, which caused us to be without our Kitchen sink and dishwasher for ELEVEN days. When they finally returned to finish the plumbing part of the work, the technicians realized we had been overcharged, but the company didn’t adjust the job amount. When we attempted to question this, the General Manager then charged the credit card we provided as a deposit for over $7,000 WITHOUT our authorization. Aztec then abandoned the job without repairing the walls, leaving holes throughout the house for months. Eventually, we had to hire a drywall contractor to do the repairs. We filed a regulatory complaint against Aztec, which has been forwarded for a decision to refer the matter for prosecution. This was Aztec’s response to our offer to resolve the matter. … this is an active investigation with the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation, we feel at this time that letting the investigative process play out is the best course of action given the serious nature of the below allegations. Aztec has done a lot of advertising for their services. This is the other side of the story.

I had a broken pipe in the front yard, which required a hole of approximately 2 ft by 2 ft by 12 " deep, for which I was charged $600 for approximately 20 minutes of work...for the entire project, approximately 90 minutes, less than 6 ft of pvc. I was charged $1200... $800 per hr

I contacted company noticing bad odor coming from under-nit my kitching sink . I tried to call one company before , but they didnt want to come the same day . Aztek send tecnician same day , and caled me that ,they can acctualy come before original appionment . Thecnician was novlegabele , fast , and clean . The walwe was old and was in need of replacing . We are very happy how fast they help us with our problem .

You pay for what you get I have rental property's in Imperial Beach California, and Tempe, AZ I have work as the ME on many commercial projects. AZTEC (A to Z) Technicians is professional managed, trucks are loaded with all materials needed daily. All Technicians are carefully picked. Response time is accurate. Their warehouse is clean organized and efficient. You may find another company a little cheaper but you will not find one with the response time and the one trip mentality. Technicians are very aware of keeping your house clean and are extremely polite. Well worth the price. Just use them.

Aztec plumbing has once again, proven to be reliable, cost-effective and solution oriented. We are renovating our Sanibel home and as we make changes to the architect's design, Aztec has easily adapted and offered solutions so we can have our dream home.

We had leaky toilets which suddenly was costing a fortune in city water & sewer. Aztec gave me an estimate. The city (Cape Coral) came out checked the meter to see it was leaking. Aztec came out w/in a day, rapidly fixed 2 leaky toilets (who knew you could leak 200 gallons/day per toilet) and a valve. The bill was higher than I'd like, but it was done quickly, cleanly, and in a professional manner.

They worked hard and did the job and gave the best price on a refit water lines for the whole house would recommend to everyone and used a coupon for 200.00 which was great
