Acme Plumbing Co.

Had used this company for plumbing work in my home before, so they were my first call for my bath remodel with a steam shower. Slow to respond to come out for estimate and then said it would take a while to get back to me because they were super busy. I called them after six weeks and got an email back basically saying "sorry, we're too busy and can't help you." This completely messed up my timeline and my remodel I had hoped to have done by September was not completed by the great companies I eventually hired until November. The estimator made inappropriate comments about the Durham job applicant pool to justify his inability to estimate a potential time schedule. Despite their previous good work for me, those comments and the total disrespect for my time lead me to say I will not call or recommend this company again.
