My experience with Schmidt Loughton for our kitchen re-fit was really good. The design phase with William was super effective and easy and he kept us well informed along the way and allowed us to make as many changes to the design as we needed. The installation team was professional and got the job done without unnecessary fuss. They were punctual, tidy, and know their stuff. The quality of the materials used is good, and everything appears to be built to last. Communication with William and the team was great and they were very responsive to our queries. The project stayed on track and was completed within the expected timeframe. In the end, our kitchen looks great and is exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend.

We were very pleased we decided to use Schmidt Kitchens Loughton. Choosing a new kitchen involves making countless decisions and if you make even the smallest of poor choices then you are stuck with the result for years to come. First and foremost, I felt the team truly listened to what we were trying to achieve; in our case this was a stylish kitchen that was nonetheless robust enough to last a long time. We wanted something modern without being irritatingly 'trendy' and we are keen cooks, so the kitchen had to function well in practice. The work surface has been a revelation; you can do everything from cut directly on it, to spill your red wine and it won't leave a mark. The gadgets suggested - ovens, hobs, dishwasher etc - have all proved to be complete winners. The design and layout suggested by Michael has proved exemplary. Best of all, has been their project management. They were very proactive and hands on and took the time to visit repeatedly while fitters and builders were in action; this is a complete godsend, because as a householder you can't always know the answer to a plumber or electrician's question. All in all, I cannot sing their praises highly enough; from liaison, to design, from the quality of the units to the project management; it was all of eye-openingly high quality. Best of all; we stayed withing budget.

Michael and Cynthia provided a perfect service for us. They helped guide the service from designing to fitting. They ensured that we were happy with everything along the way. They constantly checked that we were satisfied. The service and professional manner were excellent throughout. We highly recommend this smooth planning process.

We have had an absolutely great service from William at Schmidt Kitchens in Loughton. The whole process from start design to finished installation has been effortless. The quality of pur kitchen is great and all our friends and family think so too! William has given us great advice on layout and tips on making our visions better! No stress and easy to work with. We been working with Michael, Cynthia and the team at Schmidt in Loughton for the past year. So far they've designed and installed a new kitchen, utility room, home office and bespoke understairs storage area, all of which we are delighted with. We've just ordered cabinets for our lounge/diner and TV room and are delighted with the quality of their product and service.

Michael was extremely helpful and had lots of great ideas and advice on the design of our kitchen and utility room. The kitchen was delivered on time and budget, the build quality is excellent and the fitter was highly skilled. From the four kitchen companies we discussed with Will from Schmidt's stood out as enthusiastic to help us achieve our kitchen plans, coming up with plenty of creative suggestions. He was also very willing to make adjustments to the plans as we thought things through together. We decided to contract also with a separate kitchen builder and a separate worktop installer and Will cheerfully collaborated with both and ensured that everything worked together, both with respect to the scheduling and also to ensure the overall realisation of the kitchen design. Overall Will was a pleasure to work with throughout the project.

We handed Michael our keys and asked him to design and fit our kitchen whilst we lived abroad. Michaels design skills were evident from the beginning and his consideration and care towards our budget and home commendable. The work was completed on the exact date expected with absolutely no last minute prices adjustments. Other trades working in the house were telling me how well the work was progressing and how impressed they were, and I was told I had a kitchen with real “ Wow” factor. Upon completion I was forwarded some of the attached photos. I arrived back in the U.K. last week and visited the property. The photographs do NOT do this stunning work justice. The units are sturdy and have more storage than I could ever have imagined. The finish and work tops are very beautiful and I am delighted that we chose Schmidt kitchens. Sincere thanks to Michael and Cynthia for all their efforts and care towards our home.
