Premium German Kitchens is a small retailer of imported kitchens made in Germany as the company name would suggest. The salespeople sell the kitchens with great aplomb and enthusiasm. As expected, the company representatives will come to your house to measure up and suggest the design and cabinets appropriate to the working space. Once the deposit has been paid a delivery time will be given. The delivery time was never adhered to. When the goods did arrive they were damaged. No apology was offered – only a vague explanation of the lengthy road route from Germany to the UK. Compensation had to be asked for. A pittance of £200 was begrudgingly offered given that the cost of the kitchen was approximately £9,000. One replacement door was finally delivered a further six weeks later and Premium German Kitchens deducted the cost of fitting the door from the £200 ‘compensation’. I have not received any apology for the damage to the units in writing. A company devoid of customer service and initiative to put the customer first suffice it to say that I would not recommend Premium German Kitchens to anyone.

We can’t recommend PGK highly enough. Dominic has gone out of his way to help us throughout our kitchen project. We are so pleased with the result and the price was very competitive considering the high quality of the kitchen (we shopped around quite a bit before choosing PGK)! There were some delays on our side, but PGK was always patient and professional and really helped make the whole process run more smoothly. Highly recommended and huge thanks to Dominic and all of the PGK team!

Mukesh, Paula and the installation team have been amazing! From our first showroom visit to the last time the fitter came, we have not had a single issue and they have never failed to impress us! Mukesh has immaculate designing skills - we were in love with the kitchen as soon as we saw his first set of visuals. Great customer service, great quality and great price, we would definitely recommend PGK!

This was our first major kitchen refurbishment job but I was not sure where to start. We visited 4-6 German and Italian kitchen suppliers in addition to usual names e.g. Magnet, Wren etc. I came across PGK accidentally while doing online research about German kitchen companies in UK and decided to take a look. I was not very sure of going for my dream kitchen simply based on online reviews and none of my friends/ families knowing PGK. I was certain before my first meeting that I would go , discuss , get some idea and out. My wife and I met Dominic and he is such a brilliant designer. He understood our requirements very quickly ( he was the first designer who was so quick to understand and design first draft very close to what we wanted). We left first meeting impressed but not committed to buy as we had our mind set on another provider where we were going strong positive but their designer was super slow and every meeting she would get confused herself. We decided to keep the two horses race and Dominic’s speed , responsiveness, clarity of thought gave us so much confidence that after couple of interactions we dropped every other options. I was pretty sure to go with PGK but still very sceptical about the company , track records etc. I read a lot of reviews on trustpilot, houzz , Google and got convinced to go with them. Meanwhile we kept negotiating and making adjustments to design with Dominic. Finally we signed up with PGK , just 2 days before Christmas. Our experience throughout the process from signing up to delivery and installation has been excellent. I have been very impressed with the whole team of PGK in Bounds Green. Dominic , Paula , Iona, Mukesh , Kim and Owner - Eranda. Very hands on with the customer and I had seamless experience across the company whoever I spoke to. In all their interactions , they made sure to look after my needs. My builder gave me more challenges causing to miss timelines etc but PGK was always helpful in changing dates , delivery schedule and finally I got to meet their fitter , Durim. He is always smiling and expert at his craft. I was very glad that I signed up to get the kitchen fitted by Durim. He has done so many PGK kitchens that he can fit them in his dream , super fast and flawless job. The quality of his work and expertise , every penny is worth. He remembers every small detail of the job and comes back for even the smallest of the things to make it perfect without your follow up. PGK’s worktop supplier , planet marble , were also very easy to work with. All in all , credit to Eranda ( PGK founder) who has built a really good team of excellent people and an ecosystem of good suppliers. I now tell all my friends , definitely visit PGK for your kitchen.

From the very start Premium German Kitchens were very professional and prompt in arranging the first appointment for Dominic the designer to come out and measure my kitchen. Once measurements were taken I was shown the plans at their office. I was so delighted in what Dominic had designed as everything went smoothly from choosing my appliances, kitchen, worktop/splashback and handles I placed the order that same day without a hesitation as I was confident I was going to get my dream kitchen. Paula was also efficient in communication making sure I received all my appliances on time for the scheduled delivery of my kitchen which was on time as planned. Once the kitchen arrived and was installed I couldn’t thank Dominic enough for making my dream kitchen come true. He truly designed the perfect kitchen for me and I absolutely love it! A big thank you also to Durim and Albion the kitchen fitters who installed my kitchen to the most incredible standard. They were professional, punctual, tidy and very friendly. Mukesh, and his installation team led by Durim have been impeccable. Our kitchen is everything we wanted it to be, and a fantastic upgrade. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Its over 6months since we had our kitchen fitted by PGK and I cant tell you how happy we are with it. From start to finish PGK have been a joy to work with. They designed our kitchen taking into consideration family, cooking habits etc to give the best lay out. Then put it onto a 3D planner/ visualizer so we knew exactly what it'd be like in our space. We had help choosing units, colours and appliances. Shaluka was fantastic and spent many, many hours detailing and adjusting the design to accommodate all our requirements. Eranda and Mukesh were great too and we were truly made to feel a very valued cutomer. They made sure the kitchen was within budget by offering solutions and options. PGK, we wouldn't have the home we have now without your expertise and we are truly grateful for all your help, advice and time you have dedicated to help us achieve our dream kitchen.

Last year we spent many weeks shopping around and when we came across to Premium German Kitchen we just knew they were the guys do the job. Mukesh and his team have been amazing, extremely patient and after many visits exchanged we finally came to a design, colour and placed the deposit. The quality can be seen a long way off,prices were extremely competitive and the team were very friendly making the work so much more enjoyable! Definitely recommend PGK for a new kitchen. They have been great to work with providing great advice and ideas with a no pressure and an extremely patient service. Nothing was too much trouble and they really helped get the best design.

Just had a Nobilia kitchen designed by PGK / dry fit by their recommended fitter. Unlike the standard big name UK suppliers (we'd looked at 4 of these . . . you can probably guess which ones), the range of units actually suited what we wanted rather than having to adapt our needs to a more limited range and Mukesh was helpful in making sure we got what we wanted, including making sure that, where necessary, units could be adapted / tailored appropriately to fit. Pluses included: * Carousel with doors that rotated within the unit rather than just folding out - we had one like this a long time ago, but UK suppliers just don't seem to offer it now - so much more convenient * Options on finished worktop height and plinth height to maximise the useful cupboard / drawer height and still ending up with the right height worktop * Ability to get heights of built-in appliances lined up neatly * Appliance options available free using "points" promotions from Nobilia - we got the sink / tap / cooker hood included at no extra cost * Prices for Neff hob / ovens / warming drawer were as keen or better than anything we found anywhere else Everything ran to time once we'd decided to go ahead. Recommended marble worktop supplier (very close by on the same light industrial estate) did a good job with our worktops And we found a tile shop (also on the same light industrial estate) that was very helpful to deal with

The PGK team were great to deal with from initial kitchen design through to fitting. Our new kitchen was one element of our house renovation that we knew was integral to our build. Eranda and his team guided us through design concepts and appliances available with ease and made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. It is also worth mentioning Adela and Mukesh who both supported the whole process extremely attentively. We are delighted with our chosen kitchen and would thoroughly recommend PGK.
