Ensuite Renovation. Todd from Leeming Renovations arrived on time every day throughout the renovation and his professionalism was exceptional keeping us informed throughout every stage. The office team behind the scenes were also fantastic with answering all queries quickly, solving any problems that arose and regularly checking in to make sure we were happy with everything. Todds attention to detail and workmanship are of the highest standard and all the trades that he employs were all equally as impressive turning up on time, every time with a polite and professional attitude which is so rare to find these days. Highly recommended!

We were living in the North West of WA and needed to renovate our Perth home after renting it out for 5 years. Renovating remotely felt like an overwhelming project. Leeming Renovations were amazing. Everything was explained in detail and we were provided an all-inclusive cost with no ‘provisional sums’. Right from the beginning, Candice’s communication was professional and complete. Everything was covered in the initial email, we weren’t left guessing or wondering about anything. There were no surprises and they were able to supply and manage all trades, even managing some extras that weren’t part of the kitchen but made sense to do at the same time. Todd closely project managed the complete renovation, working around other vendors like flooring companies and painters who were also working in the house, and kept us to up to date along the way. It was a professional and positive experience from the beginning to the end, we are so happy with the end result and look forward to using Leeming Renovations again to get our our bathrooms renovated. Thanks Leeming Renovations for building our dream kitchen !!

Todd has renovated and transformed all three wet areas in my house and helped me make it into my home. The response I have had from quite a few family and friends is ‘wow, whoa and what a difference’. One friend who is quite good at his own renovations commented “ that is one spiffy tiling job”. Todd is very clean and tidy while he is working thus ensuring at least the house is liveable during the duration. He is punctual and courteous. He is knowledgeable and knows what works and what doesn’t. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my kitchen when the time comes to renovate that.

We used Todd to do the renovation of our small ensuite. He was very easy to communicate with during the whole quoting process, provided good advice and was happy to answer queries via email. The whole quoting and design process was very relaxed and easy, we even made a few minor late changes very close to the start that he was happy to accommodate. During the renovation, Todd was punctual, polite and very tidy. He kept us up to date of the movements during the week. There was a couple of issues with the wrong stock being delivered by his supplier that he promptly fixed and it did not impact the time frames at all. The other tradesmen he used also had his high standard. He finished the project on time and under budget, his work is a very high quality, the double herringbone tiling looks fantastic. We are very happy with our new ensuite, it has transformed our bedroom/ensuite area and we would recommend Todd and Leeming Renovations.

Nothing was too much trouble and the management of the various trades ensured minimal delays. Todd is a craftsman of the highest order and Candice was so very helpful with tile and fixture selection. Highly recommended renovation services. Todd and Candice have provided services beyond this 5 stars rating. I was in need of help for a whole house renovation, Todd and Candice started off by looking through the property and taking detailed notes on the damages in the property. Next was the recommendations on the best and most affordable way to repair the damages. I was in safe hands having them handle and organise the tradies. No small detail escaped their eyes. I am amazed with the final outcome.

Had Leeming Renovations (Todd the Tiler) in to upgrade our ensuite bathroom. We had a full tile job (floor and walls), including the shower nib wall and were absolutely thrilled with the finished result. Professional, efficient and one of the tidiest tradespeople we have ever had in our home. They even arranged the fitting of the new vanity and the plumber to install the new toilet, basin and shower taps. Thoroughly recommend Leeming Renovations and will be getting them back again soon for the second toilet upgrade.
