Having decided that we wanted a new bathroom, we approached JDC and was met by a lady called Jenny. Jenny listened to what we wanted and suggested that initially JDC visit our home, to take some measurements. We were then contacted by JDC, a few days after the measurements were taken, and asked to visit their showroom. We were met again by Jenny and another lady named Sharon, who proceeded to show us a detailed plan of our new bathroom. After some discussion and a few changes, we were then taken into a room and asked to put on a VR headset, where we could see our proposed bathroom exactly as it would be on completion of the work. Once a date for the removal of our old bathroom and installation of the new one had been agreed, Jenny insisted that during the interim period, if we had any concerns, questions or changes, then to contact her, which we did, and any issues that we raised were dealt with immediately. Once the work had began, all the trades people involved, worked to the highest of standards, and ensured that all areas were left in a clean condition at the end of every working day. Special mention must go to the Tilers, Kieran & Josh, who always insisted on delivering perfection, and Curtis the Plumber, who worked very long hours to ensure that we were happy throughout the installation process. We can’t thank you guys & the other trades people enough, for delivering a bathroom, that continues to gain positive comments from everyone who visits our home. JDC, from initial approach to completion, dealt with us in a perfect manner, no hard sell, listened to what we wanted, and dealt with any further issues raised without reservation. I would 100% recommend JDC to anyone looking for home improvement, as they offer a complete package and complete commitment to the customer.

We’ve had a bathroom designed and installed by JDC Design & Installation. Sharon/Jeff’s design was perfect, and the product was top quality. The workmanship by Les, Curtis and the rest of the team was excellent. Throughout the job they were all professional and pleasant to have around the house. This was our first major project and the most money we have ever spent other than buying the house so naturally we were a bit nervous but we needn’t have been. We already knew the quality of JDC’s work as our neighbours had their kitchen fitted by them and they spoke so highly of them. From start to finish it was all superb. From designing the kitchen in the showroom to the quality of the tradespeople that Jeff and Jennie supplied, everything was really good. We knew that everyone working in our house was trusted by JDC to do a great job. The finish is superb and the kitchen is now very much the best room in the house. Very much recommend JDC. Thank you!

Jeff & Jennie priced 2 bathrooms for us 12 months before we actually progressed any work, even when we decided not to go ahead as planned they were understanding and there was no hard sell. When we eventually decided to refurbish one bathroom, we didn’t feel the need to look anywhere else we were comfortable they could do a quality job at the right price. We met Jeff & Jennie (again) and explained our plans which were very specific and had changed considerably, they listened, added their expertise and were flexible at all times throughout the process. The suite and fittings we wanted were very difficult to source and required within in tight time frame – Jeff and Jennie made it happen regardless, incorporating some lovely design features along the way. Our fitters Les, Paul and Jamie were a pleasure to have in our house, trustworthy, punctual and tidy and let us know if they needed any input. The quality of their workmanship was second to none. We could not recommend them more highly.

We found JDC online, and like many others read reviews before going to meet Jeff & Jennie. Right from the start they made us feel welcome, and assisted with advice and ideas right through the picking process. Be prepared to change your mind, when you see the range of products on offer. We opted for a kitchen make over and a full bathroom refit. Kitchen was completed in a week, by a team of absolute stars of fitters and decorators. Nothing was too much trouble with any issues raised quickly and expertly dealt with. You buy peace of mind, and a absolute dedication to getting a top quality product with JDC. Considering we are still dealing with Covid, it’s been amazing to get things organised and moving so quickly; a real credit to Jeff, Jennie and their amazing team. Bathroom is booked for later in the year, and we are looking forward to another amazing transformation.

Fabulous service from Jennie and Jeff and the tradesmen involved. Very considerate of my 86 year old mother ensuring the refurb met her access needs; work was carried out to a high standard and we were kept informed at all times. Good choice of products; great help with design and hassle free management. Highly recommended.

I had 2 bathrooms and a major flooring project completed by JDC. All projects were excellently managed and competently installed. From the initial design to the professional cleaning at the end, communication was excellent. The tradesmen that came were friendly, polite and professional. Well recommended!

Jeff & Jenny at JDC Kitchens, Bathrooms & Interiors, Widnes, were brilliant helping us plan and cost our new bathroom and gave excellent advice and great suggestions. They were patient, understanding and showed great knowledge. They were interested and listened to what we were trying to achieve. It was started when they said it would be and Les & Jamie were great from start to finish. They arrived promptly and worked hard every day. Consulted us when needed and were clean and tidy. No hidden extras, even though the removal of floor tiles proved a difficult and longer job than anticipated. We chose JDC for the second time because we were so pleased with our en-suite completed several years ago and it is still as good as new. It was a really nice touch to send a cleaner in when the bathroom was finished and it was left gleaming. A quality job with quality products and quality care from the whole team. Would confidently highly recommend JDC to anyone. They won’t disappoint.
