We have had great service and attention to detail throughout the process of creating the Kitchen. Our designer Vyshali and her team have been very supportive and worked hard to ensure the kitchen came within budget and the high specification achieved was worth the premium paid. We know we now have a quality kitchen and appliances that will last us many years. Vyshali was enthusiastic and engaged from the start, and involved in every stage of the process. She made a great relationship with us and worked with us creatively and patiently as we collaborated on the design, and thought with us about the many decisions to be made, e.g. about the layout, storage and recycling options, the type of cooker, hob, and extractor, the taps, worktops, flooring at times it felt endless!! Vyshali was both pro-active and responsive and visited the site frequently. Both Vyshali and the fitters had a 'can do' attitude, they had high standards and nothing was too much trouble. Eternal Kitchen is professional right from beginning. we had good design and ideas proposed. Once we ordered kitchen we were kept informed and delivery was on time even during Covid period. execution was also good with good communication and good team of people to install the kitchen. We did not have to chase for anything. So would recommend Eternal and the team for their good efforts and customer service.

We recently purchased an amazing kitchen from Vyshali & Anna at Eternal Kitchens. Came across Eternal kitchens via local social media group recommendation and thought we would go see them in person. The quality of the build of our German hacker kitchen is truly superb, even our builder said that they were impressed. During the design stage we did struggle to figure out certain things, but with one phone call to EK, all was sorted as Vyshali turned up within an hour to explain to my builder what he had to do. Professionalism from start to finish with EK. We deliberately sought a small, established company for the design and installation of our new kitchen, and Eternal Kitchen justified this approach by exceeding our expectations throughout the project. The kitchen is a genuine pleasure to use and has become a focal point in the house which we all enjoy. They even managed to help me get a very good deal on the Quartz and overlooked the project very well till completion. The key is that throughout we were listened to in a friendly and approachable manner with helpful suggestions and ideas being presented to us. 100% would use and recommend these guys for their service, prices and products. Having just build our dream house, the kitchen was one of the most important things to us. Not just the way it looks but also, having a large family, a functionality of it. With such high expectations, we knew that we will not be easy customers. However, Anna and her team found all the patients in the world for us. It’s safe to say that they anticipated our requirements better than we could. Despite the large size of our project they met our budgets and we can honestly say we have had no regrets. While building a 6 bed house we worked with every conceivable contractor, they were the only ones not to miss a deadline, or let us down in any way. This point really stood out to us. Anna and Vaishali did a great job designing our country kitchen in our period house. Because of the age of the house the walls and beamed ceiling are very irregular but they managed to design a super bespoke kitchen, making the most of the available space. The quality of the construction, wood and finish of the actual cabinets is outstanding, as they have been able to combine modern functionality with a more traditional design

I first came across Eternal Kitchens when I was researching kitchens for our new extension. From the first introductory call, right through to the final installation, Anna and Vaishali were absolutely amazing to deal with. They are very knowledgable and bring great experience and ideas to the table. They helped refine our ideas, and also provided some feedback regarding our flooring choices to ensure the flooring complemented the final kitchen design. Their suggestion to use Neolith Zaha Stone for our worktops and island was inspired. This completely transformed our kitchen, from something that would clinical to something that is now one of the main features of the kitchen. They provided on-site support during the installation, which was a great help as we did not always have the time to stay at home. The overall cost was also on par with kitchens you normally associate with Homebase and Wren, but with Eternal Kitchens, you get a much better quality kitchen, and the flexibility to have a truly bespoke installation. The biggest compliment I can give is that if I ever do another kitchen again, Anna would be the first, and only, person I'd call.

There is not a single criticism of this wonderful kitchen company. From the first meeting when Anna sat with me and spoke for over an hour about colour combinations to the installation, I was made to feel like an absolute priority. At 8 months pregnant I desperately needed to work with someone I could trust to oversee the entire project and Eternal Kitchen did just this including dealing with the hurdle of poor building work. The kitchen was fitted into a newly built extension however the walls were not quite straight and the kitchen units therefore needed to be shaved back a little, however this was no trouble at all. Anna was available to come and manage the installers and cast a critical eye over the final project to ensure that the joints were all perfect and that the finished product was clean. I can not recommend this company enough and can only sigh in relief that I did not go with Wickes who I've heard provide half the level of service at double the price!

Anna helped us to design our kitchen as part of a complete refurbishment project and extension to our house. Although the entire building project was fairly stressful, Anna helped us from the outset to ensure our doors, windows and electrical sockets were suitably placed to meet our design which was invaluable to ensuring our final kitchen was perfect. She had some great ideas and her experience helped massively but she also listened to our views and ideas to ensure both myself and my partner were happy with the final result. Having lived in my new house for 3 months now, i can honestly say that the Kitchen is by far my favourite room in the house and I have Eternal Kitchen to THANK for it!

We've finished our home extension and renovations a few months ago and I'm incredibly pleased and excited with the new wing of my house! I'm in love with my new kitchen designed and fitted by Eternal Kitchens. Our kitchen looks like a magazine showroom kitchen and it's the area of the house that friends and family have complimented and loved the most! I love the doors and work tops we were recommended. The quality has been great, no complaints or issues with the fitting. Their after care has been great too when I wanted to ask a few questions. Also I'm happy to know that we got the best price for our kitchen compared to other kitchen designers/high street - we shopped around a lot to make sure we were getting the best price and quality within our budget and Eternal Kitchens were a lot cheaper than others. Plus I felt reassured by their knowledge and experience as I had nearly bought another kitchen designer but I read reviews about units "bubbling" after a few months/years and Eternal Kitchen knew why that was happening and what that particular retailer wasn't telling their customers. I really felt like they knew what they were doing and I'm glad I did! I also like the friendly personal service of a small company as you know you're not just another customer. I had no problems getting through to them when we or the builders needed them. They were also great with ideas - I must say we were completely confused by the space we had and what we wanted it to look like - every family member suggested a different look. But Eternal Kitchens showed us there designs and portfolio and what we could do with the space. All in all - I'd highly recommended this company for your interior design needs and for peace of mind!

Eternal Kitchen were recommended to me by the contractors that were undertaking the build work for my extension. Before I called them, I had already had quotes from a number of kitchen suppliers and so had a good idea of what I wanted. They helped me to improve my design and came up with some great ideas. our ageing kitchen required an 'up lift' as it needed modernization, suffice to say that Eternal Kitchens was the choice having looked around for both quality and price. They were not pushy, listened to what my requirements were and provided the kitchen within the budget constraints, surprisingly they made cost saving recommendations using alternative material and adjustments to the designs which is rare. They really did go above and beyond ( little adjustments that we made throughout) and the end result was fantastic, delivered on its commitments and overall very friendly.
