The Home Builders Association of St. Joseph Valley was founded in 1946 as a not-for-profit organization. Our members are involved in a variety of ways in the home building industry‚ as contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and more. We represent the interests of our membership in local, state and national affairs. The Home Builders Association of St. Joseph Valley serves its membership and the community through education, business opportunities, leadership, government and legislative representation, community services, public relations, social activities and a forum for the exchange of ideas and products. Our principle goals are to serve as the voice of the building industry, promote affordable quality housing and home ownership, and provide meaningful services and support to our membership and the community.
