Precision Stone Design was recommended to us by our contractor as we began our master bath renovation. We had a 5-star experience with Precision and highly recommend them. During my first visit to Precision, I had the privilege of meeting Hellen. She provided personal attention to my project from start to finish! Hellen helped me choose a stunning marble-look quartz countertop, worked with my contractor to finalize the design details, and coordinated measuring and installation. I appreciated all the time she took to answer my questions, respond to calls and Emails, her timely communications, and her diligent follow through with every detail. Hellen is a pleasure to work with and it was easy to see that her priority was customer service. I was also impressed by the exceptional work done by the guys who did the measuring and installation. Our beautiful new custom countertop is a marble look quartz from MSI. It has the luxurious look of marble, is durable, stain resistant, and is easy to clean.

Start to finish, PSD is outstanding! I went in thinking I knew what I wanted. I was wrong, upon seeing the whole slab, I wasnt happy. Hellen, salesperson extraordinaire, asked what I liked, didnt like, and after talking a few minutes she had me look at a some more slabs. A totally different direction than I had been going but SHE NAILED IT! After looking for years for the perfect quartz, she had found it in 15min! Id had estimates done before but could never sign on the dotted line. But THIS was IT! As I stood before the slab, I knew without a doubt it was meant to be. We set a date for measuring and it was a done deal! The men that came to measure and install were polite, personable & professional. I was impressed by the knowledge they all possed. My questions to the man measuring were answered quickly & made sense! The installers took care & covered my floors, patted my dogs on the head, vacuumed any/all dust, put drawers back, handled 2 minor glitches on the spot, with knowledge and calmness (I thought they were a bigger deal than they were). I could not be happier. It took them 75 minutes start to finish. I highly recommend using them, you wont be sorry. Just wish Hellen could be cloned..... so many businesses could use someone like her!

We were SO pleased with our experience here. Everyone was so kind - especially Hellen. Everyone who worked on our project was kind and respectful of our home. We also were happy with the price. We love our granite & would definitely recommend PSD.

Extremely pleased with everything! We were told by another company that our cracked countertop could not be repaired. Thanks to PSD we can barely see the cracks now! Very professional work, polite and cleaned up well afterwards. I will highly recommend them to friends and family.

Love our new Quartz counter. This was our 3rd counter we had Precision Stone do for us. We saved our largest and most difficult one for last. First I need to to tell you that Dearius was our contact. I can't say sales rep because that would imply that all he did was sell us the stone and that was not the case. His knowledge, suggestions and follow up really gave us confidence in this project. It took the guys 2 days to do the install. Normally it would only take one, but we have a backslpash on the walls and after putting in the counter they had to remeasure the walls before installing the small splash to make sure there were no large gaps. They took them back to the shop, trimmed and polished them and came back a week later to install them. (this was process was explained to us from the start so there it was not a surprise). Looks great!! Thanks Precision Stone!!

Precision completed a quartz and granite install for my house over a period of 2 months. While there were issues here and there along the way, they corrected the problems and righted the situation appropriately. Their install team was courteous and ensured that the job was completed accurately. Lastly, Hellen (my sales rep) maintained constant communication and a professional demeanor while guiding me with valuable advice. She did an outstanding job!

Our Quartz backsplash project ended with this company. Precision Stone found the product and in the thickness we wanted. The measurements taken at our house were perfect. Sales adapted to our schedule on multiple occasions and the final installation was flawless Terrific job.

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. My salesperson Hellen was extremely helpful in assisting me to find exactly the slab of granite that I wanted for my countertops. She sent me a digital layout after the measurements were taken that showed exactly how the slab would be cut to make sure it was to my liking. The installation went very smoothly and Hellen called to make sure everything went as planned. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and the whole process from start to finish was quick. I highly recommend and would definitely would use them again!

We worked with Precision Stone over a year ago to put in a new quartz countertop. It's been on my mind to get this review submitted since then. Our experience was great. Price - Very, very reasonable - especially if you are open to exploring their warehouse. We have a basic home and I thought granite, etc. was going be unreasonable for us. Sales process (Dearius)was very comfortable, not pressured. When it was time to measure, their Associate (I wish I could remember his name) was extremely helpful and spent extra time at our home to ensure everything was set. Over a year later, we still love our countertop! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience working with the team at Precision Stone Design. Precision have the best countertop selection, pricing and the team is very knowledgable about their products. Our house was flooded earlier this year and initially Precision Stone Design worked closely with the restoration specialists for removal of our existing granite. Gina helped us in selecting our quartz countertops which match beautifully with our cabinets and reflect our modern taste. They ensured that the entire experience was smooth and hassle free. Gina and Vish were very helpful through the entire process of design, product selection and installation. We were also excited to see our digital kitchen layouts and it turned out to be just perfect. Scheduling our installation was was easy and the teams showed up just when they supposed to. The installers were efficient and professional and had the new tops placed in no time. We have been delighted by the top notch customer service and I would highly recommend Precision Stone Design to anyone who is looking to upgrade their stone countertop.
