I can’t speak highly enough about our experience working with Gus and Bruno at GW Stonecare. After having an extremely positive experience with Granite Works during our kitchen renovation last year, it was a no brainer of who we would call when we recently chipped the corner of our quartz countertop. After sending a couple pictures of the damage, Gus was very responsive to our questions and extremely flexible working around our schedule to book our repair. They arrived on time and were in and out in about 25 minutes. They were professional, courteous and even gave us some additional tips for maintenance for our countertops. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the repair – you can’t even notice where the initial chip was. We would absolutely use GW Stonecare again and highly recommend their services for any countertop stone repairs/maintenance.

Wow! What a difference it makes in home renovation to find highly skilled professionals who not only know their business, but know how to conduct business! GW StoneCare was fantastic to deal with from start (request for quote) to finish (beautifully renewed marble kitchen counters). We can’t speak highly enough about our experience with Gus and Bruno. - Great communication: timely, responsive, kind, thorough, and professional - Dependable: Showed up on time for estimate, pointed out needs and thoughtful additions (like re-grouting where necessary, and sealing by the sink) - Cost competitive: We received 4 quotes, and GW StoneCare was right in the middle, but included many more touches/services (like grout, etc) and throughout the process instilled confidence that they know what they’re doing (not the case with other companies with whom we engaged) - Easy/pleasure to deal with: When we made changes to the planned approach and what we wanted to do, they responded over email about how they would accommodate the change, and any impacts - Skilled and honest: walked us through exactly what was possible, and where they would make a good faith effort to fix something that might not be repairable with polishing. -Deliver what they promise: hope the pics speak for themselves, but our kitchen and wet bar look great again, thanks to them. And they left the place spotless when they left. Bottom line: Can’t even think of what they could have done better. Thanks GW StoneCare! We’ll be back when we need more of this work!

Highly recommend them. Gus was on time and he did a fabulous job. He repaired a stain and resealed the countertop and it looks like new.

They did a fabulous re-honing and resealing of my marble countertops for a very competitive price. It was really easy to schedule them and Gus Valente was prompt and did great work. I would highly recommend them for future jobs!

Awesome work! I found GW Restoration through an internet search and was so happy I did!! My granite was broken and everyone else told me it was beyond repair but not Gus. I emailed Gus and sent photos of my problem and he was able to let me know he could fix it and also gave me a quote all through email! We set an appointment and he and his brother were prompt, professional and went to work as soon as they arrived. I watched the whole process and they definitely knew what they were doing. I was so happy with the results!
