Granite & Marble Specialties did a wonderful job! We added a new laundry room to our home and needed a large remnant to cover the 3 countertop pieces. The rep in the office showed me a large side yard where they have hundreds of remnants to choose from. She was also extremely patient walking through different options and layouts which was really nice. When it came time for measuring, the guy was really great and covered all of the specs and layouts with me. And the countertop men were wonderful as well. Both of the crews checked in with me when there were choices to make - very much appreciated! They honestly went above and beyond to make sure they turned out the way I wanted them to. The counters look wonderful and they treated my home with respect and care during the construction. A++++

While looking for a Quartz top for a bathroom vanity, after quite a bit of research, decided to visit Granite and Marble Specialties to look through some of their remnants and we are so glad we did! With great help from their professional staff, we found exactly what we were looking for and had it successfully installed by them. I can say it was truly an excellent experience throughout the process! From the start Leyla , a Sales professional, at their Kent location was extremely helpful and delight to deal with and helped us enormously throughout the process. We were on a very restrictive timeline and Steve in scheduling did an outstanding job in coordinating the measure and installation to meet our timeline. The installation crew arrived as promised, led by Jose was very professional, did an excellent job with the installation for a large vessel sink and left the premises very neat and clean after the installation. We would definitely consider GM&S for another project, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a Quartz and Stone supplier and fabricator for such projects!

We had Granite & Marble install two bathroom vanity tops and a wet bar countertop. We are very pleased with the beautiful granite and installation process. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

We worked with George from the Kent location through the selection of our countertops and tile. He was very knowledgeable and helped answer our questions. Everyone we worked with through the process, from the scheduler, Steve, to the person that created the template of our countertops to the installers were great! The countertop team were friends, efficient and timely. We selected quartz counters and they look great and the installers cleaned up after they were finished. The plumber, Eric, was very helpful in setting up our dishwasher and getting the sink and faucet hooked up. The last crew in were the tilers. They installed the backsplash and finished with the grout and caulking. This team was also very efficient, did great work and cleaned up before they left. We are really happy with the quality of the material and the services we received. Thanks to everyone involved! We recommend with no hesitation!

Could not be more pleased with the quality and professionalism of Granite and Marble Specialties. We needed countertops for a downstairs guest bathroom and an upstairs full bathroom. My wife and I went to the Kent location and met Ayaz. As this was a small project, he showed us the remnants they had onsite and we picked a piece of quartz that perfectly fit our needs in color and size. We accepted a very reasonable initial bid and the Steve took over to work with us on finalizing measurements and setting up fabrication and installation. Installers did a perfect job. We are planning on having our master bathroom remodeled and will definitely return to Granite and Marble Specialties for their services. Overall, JOB WELL DONE BY ONE AND ALL!!

Everything was exactly as expected. Beautiful quartz, on time delivery, careful demo of old countertop, careful installation of countertop and follow-up by plumber to connect fixtures. Very professional operation, they even asked if they could deliver four days early! I am so happy with my updated bathroom now.

I am extremely unhappy and frustrated. I ordered granite for a butlers pantry and washroom. I put a deposit down and waited for my final bill. It came 5 month later and $400 more than what I was expecting. Every time I emailed....crickets! And the accounting didn't reflect a credit I had coming. In the meantime I was bounced from one employee to another. When I expressed how poorly this was handled I just got an "oh well." I paid the bill but I am very unhappy with their internal business practices and customer service!

Beautiful job! I'm a retired builder who is building my own home and knows a very professional job completed with true craftsmanship. They performed phenomenally as far as communication, scheduling, and installation. The matching of grain where a seam was needed was exceptional and to find it you have to look for it. I know the value of recommendations and highly recommend GMS to all.

Our original countertops installers were not available. We went to Granite and Marble Specialties to do business. We were able to see large slabs of quartz to pick our new countertops. We had an estimate right away and a few days later we ordered our countertops. We were able to be measured and installed in less than three weeks! The installers were prompt, well organized and did a beautiful job. We are very pleased.
