We love our new Kitchen and backsplashes! they did a great job and it was fast and a good process. would definitely recommend

Scheduled them to install my countertops on 6/30 and paid for the job upfront. They call me on install day and advise that they are running behind and will need to reschedule for tomorrow, which is no problem. They arrived the next day within the install window. When removing my back splash they damaged the walls higher than the backsplash height they cut and I understood, and agreed to, additional cost for the taller back splash since more material would be used. I expressed the timeline is an issue as I had a professional photographer scheduled to take photos of my house to sell a week later and the they agree to install my new back splash the following Monday or Tuesday. Then they called and had to reschedule for Wednesday, still not a problem and I completely understood and just verified they would get to me before the weekend. Yet again they call me on Wednesday to re schedule for Thursday, again no problem. Then on Thursday they do not call and do not show, so I call them Friday morning to see when they will be out and I was told they now cannot get to me until Wednesday of the following week. I feel as though I have been more than reasonable with the constant delays but now after the promised time I will loose money due to the delays.
