Design Superstore in Bryan was excellent to work with. They took the time to walk us through the quality of product, best practices for installation, and even ordered a tile sample because I cannot make decisions from small samples. We decided to use Design Superstore for materials and installation of quartz countertop and tile backsplash recently. We were pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and ease of the transaction. Johnny Tucker, our salesman, was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us with product selection without being pushy. He also kept in touch with us by email and phone throughout the process. He responded immediately if we had questions. The showroom is impressive with huge selections of flooring, lighting, countertop options, plumbing fixtures and other items you may need for a home improvement. They are very competitive on most items. Quartz and Granite countertops were on sale at the time of our purchase. From the beginning to the end, the staff was professional and knowledgeable. We also used their installers and were very satisfied. The installation was timely and the installers cleaned up all debris from the site. The installers also followed up with us as well as the Design Superstore staff to make sure we were completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Design Superstore.

Design Superstore has the best customer service! While shopping in their store to having your floor, countertop or tile installed they are top notch! After working all day at my house they never left a mess behind. All is their work was done beautifully!!! I can’t say enough good things about them! I loved working with them!

About three years ago we had over half of our flooring replaced by Bryan Design Superstore - both tile and carpeting. There were a few gaps in the tile grout ("bubbling"). Salesman Chris Emery had the lead installer at our house the next day and he fixed the grout in about 10 minutes. About a week ago after about three years the carpeting had developed some stretching and I called to ask for it to be restretched. Jac said that the warranty on that carpeting had expired after one year but that since we had been good customers that he would check with the manufacturer to see what could be done. He called a few days later to say that the restretching would not be covered by the warranty but since we had been good customers that he would have a crew do the stretching at no cost to us. He made an appointment for the work, but the installer had time earlier and got the work done several days sooner than expected. The carpet looks wonderful now. Our thanks to Lac and the crew of Design Superstore for their conscientiousness and dedication to their customers. We appreciate their commitment to keeping their customers happy. Brian B.

I have bought countertops twice with the guys, and carpet once. The schedule a day with you right up front and keep to it. They stay in constant communication with you. This place is legit. It's probably not the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for.

This is a great place to shop for almost everything you need for you home whether you are building or remodeling/redecorating. Carl was good to work with, very professional and showed me a vast array of products and together we narrowed down the choices until I finally made my selection. From the beginning of the process to finalization of installation (all on time, by the way), he and everyone I was in contact with were polite professionals making sure I understood every step along the way. I love the results!
