Beri and Ivana are without question an outstanding team who work in a supportive and honest way. My experience vouches for this, in terms of their designing an extended facility for my property, and then following through with tenacity and fortitude in order to secure approval and compliance with regulations. The Build Design was recommended to us by a close friend to help us renovate our Chiswick house. We lived abroad and had a lot of different pieces we brought back and wanted to reintegrate into our London home. We wanted somebody who could put together all our special wishes. Beri and Ivana were helpful and understanding from the beginning and helped us expand on what we originally wanted. They added great value in combining spaces and creating a special ambience with different moods in each and every room. Their builders were excellent and produced outstanding finishes. Beri and Ivana worked on my double-storey side extension from planning to completion. They are a very creative and dynamic team who took a genuine interest in my project. They demonstrated such professionalism and confidence that is rarely found. They are meticulous and thorough in their approach and have pointed out to me things that I thought were not possible to be achieved. With them, I got more than originally intended. All along the project, they were explaining everything and kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. Working with them was easy and enjoyable. Ivana and Beri are a superb architectural/design team with an incredible array of complementary skills, knowledge and experience. They took on all stages of a complete refurbishment of our very outdated and not very functional rental property and turned it a beautiful, stylish home for our tenants. No detail was too insignificant and they personally supervised the project from start to finish, while implementing my own input in terms of design and functionality. As the work was undertaken in the midst of the pandemic, their creativity, lateral thinking and tenacity in sourcing high-quality materials and finding effective solutions was especially appreciated. I’m hoping to work with them again in the near future.

Beri and Ivana were engaged to support our family home renovation project for the large 4 bedroom townhouse in the heart of Strawberry Hill in 2021. They added a huge value by getting engaged very early, during the final stages of the house buying process, and they provided their continuous support throughout all phases of renovation. They acted in the architectural/interior design capacity, but also helped with hiring and project-managing the builders. They are a friendly, knowledgeable and outspoken couple who make a real difference to add extra resell value to your home. They also save you money by giving you timely and precise advice. I am grateful to Beri and Ivana as they have helped me to complete my House Extension and the Loft Conversion in Twickenham. They helped me beyond their initial Planning stage commission. When my project ran into trouble with Contractor and Building Control on-site, they offered their invaluable advice and expertise to help me get my project back on track. I will not make the same mistake again of not commissioning them to manage my entire project from the start. They are super responsive, professional and work to the very highest standard of finish. I highly recommend their work attitude, attentive approach and expertise. I will look no further and hire them again for my next project.
