I have used Swoon for a number of projects over the last 5 years, most recently for plans for an extension on my own house. They provide a professional and reliable service and are always on hand to offer advice and adaptions to plans if required. It's extremely useful and cost effective to be able to use one company to draft architectural, structural and building regulation drawings for a project rather than have to source them from 3 different companies. I have worked with many different architects and structural engineers throughout my career in the building industry and would recommend Swoon over any others.

The team at Swoon were fantastic. I used them for a garage conversion and I love it! Their communication was great. We had a few hiccups with the project but Ashley sorted everything out and we even finished on time.

Ashley and the team at Swoon helped us to design and provide regulation drawings for a bespoke Artdeco new build project. The service provided was excellent with great communication throughout. Clear well designed drawings. Any queries or alterations dealt with promptly. The teams knowledge is also very helpful when working on tricky projects! We have since used Swoon on many more projects and look forward to continue working with them in the future. Highly recommended using Swoon if your looking for a professional to help design your dream home or extension, or need any structural calculations or building regulation drawings.

Ashley and the team have helped us get planning for a pair of semis in saltdean. Fantastic service and knowledge from the start. Would thoroughly recommend Swoon.

Have used Ashley and his team on many projects and can attest to his dedication and hard working to bring about the best results whether via structural plans or dealing with planning depts or building regs. Swoon have been heavily involved in projects we have undertaken ranging from 3 to 15 units in size as well as seeking planning for a 44 unit mixed use project. I often recommend Swoon to other property developers and friends who are undertaking their own projects and know he has never let anyone down

Swoon were great, really helpful from the beginning of our thoughts/ideas/planning stages right through to the finish. Their drawings helped us with budgeting and choosing the right builders. Ash came out to site often and communicated well with our builders throughout the project. It took out a lot of the stress for us to rely on someone we trusted and who knew what they were talking about! We can not recommend them enough!

Garage conversion to bedroom and internal reconfiguration of property Hired this company to design the above and apply for planning permission with structural drawings. Great service, quick and excellent communication. They really helped with the design and all of my question and ideas. Would totally recommend.

I run a construction company and have worked with Swoon for a number of years now and can honestly say they are super efficient, very friendly team and produce drawings, calculations and 3D rendering to the highest of quality. I personally would not use anybody else

Comentado: Paint colour advice to match cream + mink + gold accessories'Brave Ground' is this years Dulux colour of the year. It's a cross between grey and beige with a warmer look that will compliment your blush and gold tones. Good luck.
