Signature Kitchens Additions & Baths

The amazing staff at Signature created my dream kitchen. From the design process to the finished space, the Signature team managed and executed the work professionally and with skill; the contractors were friendly , punctual and attentive to all details. The stylish and modern kitchen and family room was completed within budget in a few months. The entire project met all my expectations.

Overall it was an extremely positive experience with Signature. We were doing a major remodel of a vintage 1950s kitchen, including removing interior walls and renovating a full bath into a powder room to make more space for the kitchen. Our designer Ellyn was great to work with - she asked all the right questions, she understood our tastes and had great ideas on not just the kitchen layout but the lighting, cabinets, and flooring. The owner Gary was very engaged, and was ready to resolve any and all problems that came up, as they tend to do when you rip out a 60 year old kitchen down to the studs and joists. Despite being a new project manager, Sara made sure everything moved along smoothly, and we didn't have days where we didn't know what was going on or if anyone was coming or what the status was. The attention to detail and the quality of the work is excellent, and after two years everything looks as good as the day Elmer, our carpenter, put the finishing touches on the backsplash.

We've dealt with Signature twice in three years, with excellent results both times. First was a major kitchen/family room remodel -- cabinets, countertops, bookshelves, backsplash, appliances, electrical. Their designer/estimator was prompt, helpful, creative and accurate in his design. The final contract was specific, understandable and covered every element of the project. Work commenced on the promised date and largely concluded six weeks later -- on the promised conclusion date. All that remained at that point was a small punch list of items, which were all handled within a week. Far from the typical remodel horror story, this was great work, delivered on time and on budget, and completed professionally by friendly carpenters and electricians. We would do business with them again. In fact, we did! two years later we hired Signature to extend our rear deck to accommodate a hot tub installation. Again: prompt and professional with their design and estimate, on-time with project start and finish, a high level of competency. They even came back a year later to show how the decking opened out for a tub maintenance call. These guys are great!
