Sierra Unlimited Construction was born of a desire to deliver the highest quality residential projects. After many years of experience in renovation, President Jim Mariani recognized that the customary process was inherently flawed and cumbersome for both the client and the contractor. The burden was on the client to find a designer, source materials, find a contractor and pull it all together. That problematic process is what fueled the vision for a more holistic, fully-connected approach designed to relieve the stress and uncertainty of major home renovations. We guide you through the design and selection process, so you’re not overwhelmed. We believe in listening first. Design is a process, not a product. We don’t push our vision on our clients–we help them realize theirs. Knowing that the highest quality results come from controlling the entire process, Jim brought together his decades of construction experience with his own custom fabrication shop and in-house design.
