We are an intentionally small residential construction company with 20 years of experience on over 100 projects in the Greater Seattle area. Our focus is on providing exceptional service to a select group of clients while remaining a small company so that we can work directly with home owners. We have experience on a wide range of projects ranging from small remodels to new construction of luxury custom homes in resort areas. We also have years of experience working in Europe, and integrate knowledge acquired working in many countries and on hundreds of projects into our business. We are familiar with both traditional building practices developed over centuries as well as cutting-edge design and fabrication technologies and building systems. We also work with Swiss, German and Austrian partners on select projects. Our craftsman have experience on hundreds of timber frame (timberframe), passive house (passivhaus), post and beam, and other wood-framed buildings. We are also very experienced with extreme green building to a variety of standards including passive house (passivhaus in German), LEED, Minergie and can combine this knowledge and craftsmanship to achieve net zero energy or even energy plus performance.
