Mitch Schwartz, owner of Schwartz Custom Homes, has over 30 years of building experience. Following in his father’s footsteps, Mitch began his building career in Michigan and attended Michigan State University in the Construction Management Program. After college he was accepted into the management program for the second largest homebuilder on the East Coast. Mitch’s integrity and honesty allows him to offer customers a quality built home with the assurance that they will pay a fair price with a positive building experience. Because of his passion for the home building industry, Mitch is very active in the home building community. He serves on the Board of Directors for Home Builders Association of Greater Austin, Texas Association of Builders, National Association of Home Builders.
