Sam carried out the design and build for our first renovation and is now completing plans for our family home. Professional and personal service, adaptable to our changing life circumstances and endless change of mind. Brilliant & innovative design ideas for maximising natural light, airflow and an energy efficient home. We engaged Sam Romanous Architects (SRA) designing rear extension with two bedrooms, open kitchen and bathrooms. SRA presented experienced architectual skills, professional, good communication and very client oriented. We changed our ideas couple of times, SRA took consultative approach and supported the architectual drawing to accomodate us. We recommend SRA highly.

Sam Romanous Architects (SRA)was engaged to design a quirky home addition to our family home. Our home is North Facing and SRA attended site and analysed the constraints of the potential construction and designed a beautiful connection to marry the new build to the existing dwelling. We couldn't be happier with our finished product and the continuous support and service that SRA provided.
