Wife and I were looking for a general contractor earlier this year that specialized in condo remodeling for a west loop condo remodel including a master bathroom renovation. They started 2 days after we received the keys. R&R were organized, trustworthy, very mindful of our home and made sure to clean daily. They finished sooner than expected and the condo association was very happy there were no issues as were my wife and I. This team did a very thorough and professional job.

I purchased my condo in April of this year and was moving to Chicago to start work in June. I needed to find a contractor that can self-manage, update me regularly, and get my condo renovated before my husband and I arrive. I interviewed a few contractors but R&R Chicago really stood out with their design-build services. They went to the unit, did everything they needed to do, and designed the condo I wanted to move into. They took careful considerations when it came to the details and provided a comprehensive plan with a 3D virtual tour of what it will look like. I signed with them and they delivered exactly what they promised, on time, and without going over the budget. When we opened the door to the condo for the first time I was blown away - it was clean, smelled nice, looked exactly like the designs and even had a bottle of champagne on a table for us. I took the time to write this review out because I know this team took the time to bring my vision to life. A+ experience

I had never heard of design build prior to meeting Moe & the R&R Chicago team. They were very informative, helpful, and patient as they explained the process and it’s numerous benefits. After comparing a few estimates I decided to use them for my home renovation project because I felt they would provide the best return on my investment. The entire experience was refreshing from beginning to end, they took time to understand my needs and goals, provided cost saving suggestions which I used to upgrade other areas of the home, and provided a very thorough construction proposal which I accepted. The construction process went very smoothly and we finished 8 days earlier than scheduled. I have since used them for 2 other projects and will continue to. I’m very happy with the experience overall
