We took a leap of faith with Raocon to fully renovate and extend a 1930s semi detached home with complex structural issues. Not only did Raocon build a high quality extension, they also carried out extensive refurbishments and resolved the structural issues that plagued the house. We took on this project at a very difficult time in our lives (with a baby on the way) however Raocon have delivered on point and have helped us turn an old house into a lovely home for our family for years to come. Their team is very experienced and skilled and were able to work with us very well in order to complete the project. All large projects have their challenges and ours did too, however Raocon worked their best to minimise disruption to project timelines. Raocon’s team are also very creative and suggested unique solutions to niggles with the house’s layout. Overall we are very happy clients and we hope a lot of projects come their way as they are genuinely good builders and good people.

I would highly recommend Raocon Limited. I did my loft conversion and bathroom renovation. The project was completed on time. We are quite pleased with the results. We were impressed with the initial plans and ideas, the quality of the work, and the excellent care we had throughout the project, especially since we were living on the property with kids. We were impressed with all the personnel from Raocon that were involved in delivering the project.
