IMO, not a straight-forward or forthcoming home builder. I began speaking to Quartz Homes in mid-Jan2024 about a new home project. At that time, Mr. Anguelo was informed (via written email) that I wanted to use “spray foam” as the insulation package. After signing a letter-of-intent and submitting two separate deposits, the project began taking shape over the next six weeks. But, by mid-Mar2024, our agreements ended abruptly when I was told that I would be required to accept limited warranties and execute a health liability waiver if I continued to require spray foam insulation. This is the kind of communication that could have (*and should have!!*) been shared during our initial conversations. Quartz Homes knew of my requirement very early on but made absolutely no mention of exceptions until a significant amount of time had passed ... and a substantial amount of funds had been paid. BEWARE!
